NUZLOCKE RULES.

1. You may ONLY catch the FIRST Pokemon you encounter in a new area.
2. When a Pokemon is knocked out it is DEAD and you must release it.
3. If your entire team faints, you must restart your game.

That's it.
Anything else is purely optional. Tweak your game however you see fit!
