  1. I recently purchased a service from your website, to boost a League of Legends account from Platinum 3 (75 lp) to Diamond 5 (0 lp). After thinking about it for a while, the booster played a few games on my account, however, he only won one game of points. I contacted your chat support at approximately 10 pm EST regarding whether or not I could get a refund and just pay for the win. I was denied, so I told them to find someone to boost me, that would communicate with me. As I asked, someone took my order, but shortly after they were removed from my order, without any warning whatsoever. I contacted chat support AGAIN, and they claimed that he didn't want to do my order anymore, which is false. Shortly after arguing with chat support about my booster leaving my order, they ended the chat and I was no longer able to contact your chat support. I also checked my email during this whole conflict and saw an email from your website at 11:04 pm EST stating that my order had started, which was after I asked for my refund. I'm willing to pay for the one game, however I demand a refund.
