13:24:30 - SirCodey - The issue there is that whilst the Promoted HoS is doing this, he was perfectly within his rights to do so, and thus no crime has been comitted - just because the Promoted HoS is perhaps not as powerful or considered to have as much authority as a Centcom HoS does not mean he commited any crimes here.
