The student number must be unique that will act as primary key.
The grading period is per Trimester not per Quarter.
The subjects must be dynamic.
The teacher can set a category every trimester. But the categories from previous Trimester will be automatically retain for the next trimester. The teacher will choose if she will retain or delete the previous categories.
The subcategory name will be: Main Category Name + Number. It must be automatic.
The remarks on subcategory are not required.
Add setup for editing the base grade.
The input grade must be open. The teacher can submit the grades if he/she already double check it.
Add checkbox on Main category setup if the equivalent grade is Transmuted or Average.
Add column on Main Category for Equivalent Grades.
The formula must be open for editing.
The display of raw score is six decimal places (not rounded). Two decimal places (rounded) for final grade.
Flag the students who are exempted on final exams. To determine, the student who has 95% rating on pre-finals are subject for exemption of final exams. But, if he/she decides to still took final exam the teacher will still manually input the student grade.
Sir Ton informed i3 that we can send an email if the eGrades is ready for UAT so we can set a schedule.
The next presentation will be on July 27, 2016, Wednesday, 8:00 AM for validation of pending functions of eGrades.
