You probably don't know me however I am the new management at OPCraft and after some extensive research it has become apparent that your effort into OPCraft has reduced over the past few weeks. Due to this we have decided to remove you from the team with no prior warning. Any confidential information discussed by yourself to anyone else on/off the server will result in your blacklist. Hey, after reading this it seems I was demoted for inactivity which is somewhat understandable, but I have been out for over a week and a half with internet in and out, with no option to even get on and be able to help, is there anyway we can further discuss this? This genuinely sucks because there is simply nothing I can do until I return home Sunday evening.

There's nothing else left for me to discuss, we spoke to the current admin team and we all decided upon this and therefore it was done.

I'm not disputing what was said here, I spoke to the entire admin team and they reached this conclusion. If you're hearing otherwise then it's not true.

This is why I wanted to reschedule that meeting because I knew shit like this would happen in it. And like I figured. I’m not able to defend myself because I simply COULD NOT attend. Which is why I wanted to reschedule the meeting so you could at least hear my side of things before jumping to a full demotion.
I have spent too much time here to simply let that happen

That’s your decision but quite frankly I’m not very fond of people like you who come into management on a team then make these big changes immediately upon arrival. I will be having a word with Julian about this because I simply don’t agree with it and the 2 admins that I have spoken to are telling me otherwise. Which is 50% of the team which can be considered the majority.

So now this is a pressing matter? Since I have shared that admins are telling me something different? This is why new management cannot join and break an administrative team upon arrival simply due to the fact on how big of a relationship we have all grown together. Over the years. Depending on how my night pans out I may be able to later tonight. It’s the best I can do.
I’m 99% sure that you know this already but I will state it again just so that it stays fresh in your head. Corrupted management is what breaks a health server. Hopefully we can discuss this further and have your finalized decision redone and get past all of this. And begin to work with one another. Best Regards for now, ~Base.

I won't be considering a reinstatement to a different position within the staff team as you made your views on what we are doing very clear and we can not work with someone who thinks so negatively about what we are doing. Thanks

I think negatively about it because of how I was kicked out with no prior warning and how I come back to see how things are holding up and seeing that I was fully demoted by a new guy placed into management. Ask anyone on that team, I am not a negative person. I have asked all the other admins if they would like me back and they told me they would discuss it in administration. I am simply not a negative person but negative on how I was fully demoted without any consent from anyone but a random person who meant nothing to me stating that I was demoted and was threatening me with a blacklist via pms.
You saw my toxic side right away due to the simple fact of demoting me. I have never personally seen anyone getting fully demoted just by majority rule and not be pissed about it. I would love to have a complete restart with you and the rest of the team that voted me off the island. If you do find it within you to allow me back as a lower rank I would greatly appreciate it, and trust me, there would be major changes to myself and the work that I would be doing.
