[A4A] Haunted Tour (Halloween Script)

This one does require a few sound effects.



Welcome to my haunted house. Oh I love your costumes. Come in, come in. It's quite cold out and those costumes don't cover much, come and warm yourself by the fire until the tour starts.


Well I think we have enough people to begin, this will be the last tour of the night, it gets too dangerous if I continue after midnight. So we have just enough time to get through the house. Please no photography or recording video or sound. In fact I ask that you all put your phones in this basket, don't worry, you can collect them when we are done.


Now lets begin. Do any of you know the history surrounding this house? It has been in my family since it was built in the early 1920's. When I first became the landlord, it was converted into a brothel. One night, about 10 years ago, something tragic happened, what exactly? Well no one knows. But come morning there was no one left alive in this house. 16 women and 10 men were killed that night. Bloody, messy murders.


On the first floor here we have the kitchen and dining room. There isn't much activity in these two rooms usually. Every now and then the cupboards do like to open on their own. Through here we have the laundry room. For some reason we can't seem to keep a working light in this room, so please watch your step.


Continuing on. We will take the back stairs up to the second floor. This floor is mostly bedrooms. There is also a bathroom at the end of the hall which we will visit in a moment. Six of the bedrooms are on this floor. We hear knocking through the night, crying, scratching on the walls, footsteps and things will often move on their own. Doors will open, bed covers will be on the floor. Your usual basic haunting phenomenon. We've been told that it's just poltergeists, but I'm not so sure.


But in the bathroom, well that room gives me the heebie jeebies. I won't go in, but you all can take a look if you like. People have reported being touched in there, having their hair pulled and I have had a personal experience. One afternoon after a day of painting the rooms, I was trying to get the house in order so I could start to rent it out again, I went into that bathroom to wash up. I was standing at the sink washing my hands when the door slammed shut. I tried everything to get it open again, but it wouldn't budge. And that's when the growling started. When I finally got the door open, I high tailed it out of there and haven’t set foot in there since.


Well, when you are all ready we will continue up to the next floor. More bedrooms and another bathroom and the stairs to the attic are up there, but the attic is out of bounds to the tour sorry. The floor is a little unstable and I'm having trouble finding a contractor that will work here.


This third floor has a lot of activity. We have heard voices, felt cold patches, watched the pictures fall off the walls and been physically scratched. So I guess you can imagine how hard it is to find workers to fix the place up. Anyways lets make our way down to the last bedroom on the left. In we go. This was the room where they found the most disturbing of the killings. Her body was arranged and cut open, strange marks adorned her skin and her eyes were missing. They never found them.


Okay! Last stop on the tour is the basement. Saving the creepiest for last. Lets head down now, there isn't much time left before you all need to leave.


Here we are. Careful on the stairs now some are wobbly. We moved a lot of the furniture down here after what happened. It gets moved around quite a bit, by what or whom we don’t know. This part of the basement over here was the fetish room of the brothel, go ahead take a closer look if you like. See the handcuffs on the walls, the chains coming from the ceiling. I haven’t had a chance to remove anything yet. Everyone come and have a closer look, don’t be afraid. <Clock striking midnight>
