  1. Taking inspiration from Fastatcc's pastebin about this, I was curious about how much playtime I have in each game I've run in comparison to what games people most associate me with (at least the people that saw the original tweet). So I ran the data using the Total Playtime feature from Livesplit to see how it all lined up. Keep in mind these times do not include practice time, as Total Playtime only counts the time when your splits are running. Below are the results! (#) = number of times a game was mentioned Original tweet: https://twitter.com/MrShasta/status/1184230067414585345

  3. Note: My 007 Agent Under Fire and Kirby Squeak Squad times aren't accurate for whatever reason. I checked my old laptop to hopefully get an updated time, but it's still wasn't accurate there for 007, and idk where my 100% Squeak Squad splits went, so RIP. I also couldn't find my Kirby Triple Deluxe or Mighty Switch Force splits, as those were also on my old laptop. No idea what happened to those. Just take these times with a grain of salt

  40. Random thoughts:
  41.
  42. - Doesn't surprise me to see Kirby Nightmare in Dream Land at the top there. That game's done a lot for me and in general it's one of the games I've always been most passionate about in terms of speedrunning, spending about 24 days of doing just runs of Any% alone! I've also run it in 2 GDQs and numerous online marathons. Just from pure exposure, people are bound to have found me most playing this game than any others I've run.
  43.
  44. - Seeing so many people that associate me with Metroid Prime Hunters actually kinda shocks me though, but at the same time I can't be too surprised I guess. The first time I ran a game in a GDQ was at SGDQ 2015 with Hunters, and it was the game I ran most actively in late 2014/early 2015. I've also run it in a ton of online marathons over the years, and the run itself is very flashy and memorable with its unique movement and cool out of bounds tricks! Plus it has my 2nd highest playtime too lol
  45.
  46. - Kirby Squeak Squad was the first game I've ever run back in early 2014, and a few people who are still around remember me from that, not to mention I helped teach a few people the run back then too. My channel is also kiiiinda themed with stuff from that game lol (Shoutouts to the Squeak Squad <3)
  47.
  48. - If I do 1 more no reset run of Kirby Super Star Ultra, I'll have more playtime in that than Superstar Saga LOL
  49.
  50. - I forgot I had so many hours in Metroid Fusion lol
  51.
  52. - I didn't realize I had over a day of playtime running Mario Party 6 lmao (best Mario Party btw)
  53.
  54. - I'm pretty sure I spent more time routing Yoshi's Island DS back in the day than actually doing runs of it lol
  55.
  56. - Also pretty positive most of my playtime for Breath of the Wild was me dying in the boss rush over and over. It took me over a week to even complete a run once, and I only ended up completing 3 more afterwards. Learning Any% for the 12 Hour Challenge was a fun time and a big learning experience for me in the end, and I'm glad I did it!
  57.
  58. - Despite not being a top Smash player in my region, shoutouts to the people who associate me with Smash anyways. You're all great <3
  59.
  60. - Really? No one who responded associated me with Superstar Saga, 007 Agent Under Fire, or Super Mario 64 DS? Dang dude. I put a lot of hours into those games. Hell Superstar Saga was the game that pushed me over the edge to getting Twitch Partnered :(
  61.
  62. For fun, I also listed every platform I've run my games on. Here it is:
  63.
  64. - Switch (2)
  65. - Nintendo DS (10)
  66. - PC (1)
  67. - GBA (8)
  68. - Wii (2)
  69. - 3DS (3)
  70. - GCN (4)
  71.
  72. Overall I'd encourage you all to try this out if you have the time today! It was a pretty fun exercise in the end, and I'm glad I went through with it. If you do this too, tag me! I'd like to see your results. Shoutouts to Fastatcc again for the idea :>
