	Collect Moss Knights geo and open Greenpath Stag.
	Quit to Ancestral Mound after Mothwing Cloak.
Mantis Claw.
	Quit to Ancestral Mound after Mantis Claw.
Lifeblood Heart
	Defeat Gruz Mother. Bench outside Salubra.
	Buy Lifeblood Heart (250 geo).
Joni's Blessing
	Shade skip to Blue Lake. Continue to King's Station and bench.
	Defeat Gorgeous Husk. Quit to King's Station.
	Open the stag and travel to Dirtmouth. Go to Howling Cliffs through King's Pass.
	Go through the dark room to acquire Joni's Blessing, then quit to King's Station.
King's Brand
	Go to Kingdom's Edge.
	Go around the bottom path up to Hornet 2, using the aspid pogo.
Lifeblood Core
	Take the bench near Hornet 2. Overcharm Joni's Blessing on top of Lifeblood Heart.
	Continue to the left and perform a damageless aspid pogo to reach the Kingdom's Edge lifeblood cocoon.
	Return along the upper path to King's Station, taking care to avoid the Boofly and Belflies.
	Stag to Dirtmouth. Collect the cocoon in King's Pass, and return.
	Stag to Greenpath. Collect the cocoon above the moss knight arena, and return.
	Stag to King's Station. Travel down to the Abyss, taking care to avoid all enemies along the way.
	Open the blue door and pogo through the spike gauntlet to collect Lifeblood Core.
