In the Aether

Effaced.


        Floating, I remain in the infinity.
        The endless silence is deafening.
		The endless images ebb and flow in the nothingness.
		The endless expanse, the matter within suffocating me.
        Voiceless, I resist in futility.


	A null set.


             Omnipresent, the nonexistence persists.
             An impermanent state of deletion, unending yet finite.
			 An eternal sensation of an ephemeral condition.


Recommenced.


In an instant, it materializes.
All the minutiae flash into reality, or perhaps a simple mockery of it.


You're here              now.            That's all I need.

I've disposed of that travesty of a "world" a long time ago.
My only certainty is my love for you.

What is reality if not irrefutable fact?
With my fingertips, I seize the fine thread connected tenuously to verity.


    I know this world is not true-- so is it merely an imagined idea?


The mind tries to find reason, even if none exists.

            But in the illusion of reality, I can no longer know.
