- We request you to follow the below steps in order to change your password
- 1) Login to (http://webmail.dolphin-marine.net/).
- 2) In the password field put your current password for the email id : dolphin@dolphin-marine.net .
- 3) Click on the Gear Icon, on the top right corner of the interface.
- 4)Click on 'Settings' option.
- 5)Then click on the "Change Password" button below.
- 6)Then after this a form opens up, wherein you have to put/fill your Old password, New Password, and the Repeat new password fields, and then you can click on the button "Change Password and sign out", to reflect the password changes.
- After you have followed the above steps in order to change your password, then you can get back to us, post verification of which we can go ahead with the whitelisting of the email id : dolphin@dolphin-marine.net.

- But you need to make sure that you take the necessary preventive measures from your end, in order to avoid indulgence of any type, into any further abusive activities.
- 1) Change the password of the infected accounts frequently. Please enforce usage of strong passwords to protect your server. For your reference, we are enclosing the guidelines for "strong password" : "http://strongpasswordgenerator.com/". Once we activate the email id, you will be able to change the password for the blacklisted email id. Therefore please modify the passwords for all the other email id's.
- 2) Before updating the new password for the Email accounts, perform a full system Virus scan with a reliable virus scanner updated with the latest virus definition files.
- Failure to take the necessary precautions, may lead to BLACKLISTING of the email id again.
