- Example 1:
- Just wanted to tell you about my experience at your store.
- I walked in and waited in line casually like I usually do. When I came to order the guy was nice but the food was not as much.
- The rice was dry and when I got my salsa it was sour and the salsa isn't supposed to be sour. The chicken wasn't juicy - it was dry as well.
- Example 2:
- I recently visited a Chipotle at my mall. I just wanted to inform you about the terrible tasting food that was served their.
- You guys really need to step it up.
- 6. Wait for email back. Should look something like this:
- I'm so sorry our chicken, salsa, and rice wasn't more succulent, cooked or seasoned to perfection, last night in [REMOVED]!
- I'll get this straight to our Kitchen Managers up there, and know we'll step it up with more frequent taste-and-temp testing.

- Thanks!
