  9. Thieves are to succeed in stealing every treasure in the building.
  10. Police are to succeed in capturing all the thieves until there are none left.

  12. Police works together to protect a building filled with treasure while the thieves try to steal the treasure one each round however the thieves work on their own and actually are rivals trying to outdo the other by stealing the most.
  13. The rounds continue until all the treasures has been stolen which then the thief with the most is classed as the master thief, other method is if all the thieves are caught.

  15. Start
  16. Thieves will start with certain amount of funds that will be used to purchase tools, equipment and services to help them steal the treasure. Thieves work on their own by nature however isn’t forced by host and each player try to steal a treasure each.
  17. Thieves start with 3 stat points.

Police will be given funds each time a treasure is announced to be stolen by the thieves, the amount of funds will decide on a couple of things such as the value of the treasure that has been marked, the more higher the value of the treasure then the more funds that the police will get to use. If the police succeed on protecting a treasure the last round then they will receive bonus funds. Police is should work together to help protect a larger area.

  22. Phases
  23. There are three phases in a single round which are Preparing Phase, Planning Phase and Exit Phase.
  24. Preparing Phase is where both the police and thieves teams purchase items from the shop to use in the round, the items are mostly different for both sides however services could also be brought during this time.
  25. Thieves during this phase will have actions they can actually do unlike the police, they can try to gather information about the defenses that the police set up by a couple of methods which will be explained later.
  26. Planning Phase is when the host will reveal the map of the building that has the item, the police will then be able to decide with each other in private then pm their plan to the host. The plan requires the location of where the treasure will be stored in the building, the defenses that will be set up and their location.
  27. During this phase the thieves with the aid of the building layout will pm the host with their plan of how they will enter and what items they will use and how.
  28. There are 3 actions that are done by thieves and police during this phase.
  29. Exit Phase takes place after the results of the Planning Phase is announced by host, in this reaction phrase the thieves are trying to escape either with the treasure or without while the police is trying to capture the thieves.

  49. Preparing Phase

  51. Police will get the layout of the location for free unlike the thieves however doesn’t get any actions except buying items from the store to use for guarding the treasure.

  53. Thieves
  54. Unlike the police the thieves have actions that they can do during this phrase which are the following.
  55. Investigate the site under disguise or not:
  56. The disguise that you can use depends on if you brought the disguise item from the store.
  57. Intercept police reports:
  58. Certain item from store is needed.
  59. Hiring Helpers:
  60. Hire some helpers to gather information about the site. (Cost money)
  61. Sabotage:
  62. Sabotage a random police defence.
  63. Gathering basic intel:
  64. This is a risk free action that is free which involves your character gathering blueprints, pamphlets and photos that will give you the layout of the site without going near the site.

  68. Each police will set the location of the items they brought at the store based on the map provided to them by the host, the player character itself will also be placed in the location to do something that the player decides on such as.
  69. Guarding (Player protects a certain area)
  70. Patrolling (Player protects a larger area but with less effect)
  71. Ordering (Player improves the npc police in a certain area)
  72. Police player characters are stronger than the npc police that are brought from the shop.
  73. Defenses set up by police remains each round and will continue over into the next round until either sabotage or used up.
  74. Police players have three actions during this phase that they can do which amounts to 10pm, 12am and 2am. Players can change defenses based on situational changes or do additional actions.
  75. Thieves
  76. Each thief will plan their route and actions to the treasure for the first action of three during this phase then pm it to the host.

  78. Exit Phase
  79. Police
  80. Police has additional action in trying to catch the thieves.
  81. Thieves
  82. Thieves must retreat at this point and has one action to do that.

  86. 1 NPC Police = $
  87. Hire NPC police that you can order to guard or patrol.
  88. 5 NPC Police = $
  89. Hire NPC police that you can order to guard or patrol.
  90. 1 NPC Riots = $
  91. Hire NPC Riots that you can order to guard or patrol. Stronger than NPC Police.
  92. 5 NPC Riots = $
  93. Hire NPC Riots that you can order to guard or patrol. Stronger than NPC Police.

  95. Hire Sherlock Holmes which is top level purchase, gives high chance of treasure protection and thief capture. (Lasts for one Round)(Is countered by Lupin)
  96. 3 Basic Cameras = $
  97. Buy basic cameras to set up in certain areas, covers a 30 degree angle in a direction, gives a 60% chance of leading to capture of thieves that aren’t disguised or masked. 20% Masked and 10% disguised.
  98. 3 Advance Cameras = $
  99. Buy basic cameras to set up in certain areas, covers a 90 degree angle in a direction, gives a 80% chance of leading to capture of thieves that aren’t disguised or masked. 40% Masked and 20% disguised.
  100. Basic lock = $
  101. Buy basic lock to place on any door, window or treasure case. Not that great but better than nothing.
  102. Advance lock = $
  103. Buy advance lock to place on any door, window or treasure case. Will give those annoying thieves a bit of trouble.
  104. Keypad lock = $
  105. Buy keypad lock to place on any door, window or treasure case. Best way to piss off some thieves.

  107. Basic Electric Floor = $
  108. Buy this to make a 2 by 2 Electric floor that is set off when stepped on. Those thieves better get creative.
  109. Advance Electric Floor = $
  110. Buy this to make a 4 by 4 Electric floor that is set off when stepped on. Those thieves need to learn how to fly.
  111. Heat Trip Alarm = $
  112. Buy this to set an alarm that goes off when there is a sudden change of heat in the area. Don’t get too hot and bothered.
  113. Finger Scanner = $
  114. Buy this to set an scanner lock that requires a valid finger print. Time to steal some finger prints.
  115. Eye Scanner = $
  116. Buy this to set a scanner lock that requires a valid eye scan. Time to steal someone’s eye, really?.
  117. Infrared Trip Alarm = $
  118. Buy this to set an alarm device that is set off when someone trigger the infrared beams. Time to go mission impossible.
  119. Sonic Trip Alarm = $
  120. Buy this to set an alarm device that is set off when someone trigger the sonic waves. Dolphin power.

  122. Buy this to set a steel cage around an object that appears when triggered. It’s appears just like a ninja.

  128. Slightly improve the npc guards and allows players to give orders better.
  129. Advance Radios = $
  130. Large improvement of npc guards and allows players to give orders better with more response.
  131. Light Body Armor = $
  132. Gives more defence against NPC police and players.
  133. Night vision goggles = $
  134. Allows you to see in the dark.
  135. Gas Mask = $
  136. Prevent any smoke or gas effects.
  137. Treasure Decoy = $
  138. Replace a treasure of your choice with a fake for one round.
  139. Treasure Location Change = $
  140. This is the only way to move a treasure that has been placed by host, the new location is randomly chosen by host.

  143. Radio Tapping Device = $
  144. Allows you to listen in to the police radios, can be used during phase 2-3 and for intercepting police reports.
  145. Janitor Disguise = $
  146. Janitor clothes to disguise as a Janitor, can be used during phase 2-3 and for preparing phase.

  148. Security clothes to disguise as a Security technician can be used during phase 2-3 and for preparing phase.
  149. Police Disguise = $
  150. Police clothes to disguise as a Police officer, can be used during phase 2-3 and for preparing phase.

  152. Basic kit to allow facial disguise however not the best of quality, can be used during phase 2-3.

  215. Tech: Bonus when using technology and unlocks high level store items.

  217. Acrobats: Bonus to escaping and reflexes.
  218. Wits(luck): Bonus to random stuff like discovering ambushes in advance or noticing something is wrong with the situation.

  223. Authority: Number of hired npc guards you can handle with a single point adds an extra 5.
  224. Charisma: Higher the stat the better your npc guards are and your Orders action performs better.

  226. Tech: Bonus when using technology and unlocks high level store items.
  227. Athletics: Bonus to running speed and sneaking.
  228. Wits(luck): Bonus to random stuff like discovering ambushes in advance or noticing something is wrong with the situation.
