Translation: For one day, everyone catches glimpses of something-- or someone-- at the edge of their peripheral vision. When they turn their head completely, it disappears. But if they're smart enough to keep it just at the corner of their eye, then--! What's this? The mysterious figure is someone you thought was dead or lost long ago, someone you've been looking for all this time. Even after all the failures, all the times you almost gave up, you never stopped believing, and now-- they're running away.
Ignore your friend's calls. All you need is what in front of your eyes. Chase after your rabbits, dear Alices, while you can-- because the moment you tire, you'll realize you're in a part of the grounds you've never been to.
[Individual characters are presented with shades of people unique to their particular history; while the characters can choose to resist, there's usually a very strong impulse to chase after it. When it finally disappears, characters find themselves a long, looong way from familiar grounds, and must find their way back~ only those with something in their past to trouble them are affected by the compulsion to follow the 'rabbits'; the others see them as nothing more than ordinary animals-- black and white hares, all over the mansion.]
