Let A M(NNNN) B refer to the military relation between agencies A and B. The agencies can be people. In the relation M(NNNN) each N refers to a different variable:
1st N means Point of View
2nd N means Strengths
3rd N means Weaknesses
4th N means Unity

A M(NNNN) B can be formalised by meta-analysing Transactional Analysis[1] in terms of modal logic:

A M(1000) B ↔ □(A 1000 B)
A M(0100) B ↔ □(A 0100 B)
A M(0010) B ↔ □(A 0010 B)
A M(0001) B ↔ □(A 0001 B)

Both A and B can then use the same expectation profile A M(NNNN) B as a basis for military activity.
