Northen Frontier: Campaign Prompt

*** Welcome to the Northern Frontier! ***

Get ready to shiver your timbers, because it's going to get cold!
Lost cities covered in ice have been rediscovered after a recent warm spell,
uncovering treasures and beasties.

Rumors have spread like wildfire. Everybody who's anybody is already on the trail north.

What you know:
-It's going to be cold.
-Races native to deserts and rainforests seem to be less common among the travellers heading north.
-Elves are viewed with more suspicion than usual in this area.
-International tensions are high.
-The local government is sponsoring expeditions to the lost cities.
-Much of the trail will be in the wilderness.

About your character:

Your character is one of the adventurers who is travelling north.

1. Pick your character's motivations: Why is he headed north?
	-is he on the hype train?
	-is he escaping persecution?
	-was he peer pressured into doing this?
	-does he have a death wish?
	-perhaps he has family history with a lost city?
	-is he a wanna-be?
	-is he a conniving looter?
	-is he on a mission from an organization?
	-the world is your oyster, but it's important that your character has a motivation

2. Build your character:
	-Pathfinder System 1st Edition, Paizo resources only.
	-Character Level 1
	-Ability Scores: 20 point buy
	-Starting wealth: Per character class
	-Equipment: magic or extraordinary items will need DM approval
	-1 Archetype per Class allowed (no stacking)
	-Hybrid/Variant classes subject to DM approval
	-Rogues use the Unchained rules
	-Alternate racial traits are OK.
	-Pick 1 Trait.
	-You may optionally pick 1 drawback to pick a second trait. (must be a different category)
	-We're not messing with Race Points.
	-(Honestly you all should know how to build a character in pathfinder)
	-(Try to coordinate with others so you don't have 3 fighters)

3. Describe your character:
	-Physical Appearance (including age)
	-Personality/Attitude
	-Brief backstory (both public and private)
	-Character's voice should be distinguishable from your Out-of-character voice.
	-Describe 1 positive acquaintance and 1 negative acquaintance of your characters, and your relationships with them
	(example: ex-partner, business rival, former boss, a family member, a childhood friend, old tutor, etc.)
