My Life is Filled With More Green Edition

(even though my favorite color is blue...)

Hey guys, how's it going? The Tetris Attack speedrun tournament is starting to get to the really good part. The top seeds of the main bracket will finally get in on the action this week, including myself. It feels like the main bracket has already been full of upsets so I am not about to take anything lightly. Good thing I have only been preoccupied with staying fresh for the matches.

In other stream news, I was able to successfully upgrade my computer's RAM from 8 GB to 24 GB. I still need to tweak the speed in the BIOS, but that is one less thing for me to worry about the PC going forward. The next thing for me to get is probably an air cooler for the CPU. I don't think I could ever see myself using liquid cooling.

I also bumped into a way to upgrade my Internet service while trimming the fat on my cable and lowering my overall cable bill. I am going to upgrade my Internet speed from 100 Mbps to 200. I will be out of commission on Saturday while that gets upgraded so the continuation of the Onimusha Tactics playthrough will have to wait.

In other gaming news, I am starting to get green with envy about not having a Switch or a PS4. The more I watch people playing certain games, whether it's a new Mario Party game or a new main console entry in the Metal Max series in years, the more that I want those consoles. I have not felt such a desire for new consoles since Wii/PS3. The problem is that I don't need MORE games on my plate to play right now. Thus, I am not rushing SUPER quickly to get them. Maybe some generous people can sway me...?

In other IRL news, I am trying to grow out my beard, mostly because I'm lazy. It really itches at times, but I want to be really lazy with it. I usually shave it off when it starts to get itchy, but now I'm starting to get to the point where I no longer care.
