poketrivia format

Poketrivia is where a host gives clues to test the participants knowledge about pokemon (how they look, what gen, etc.)

How this tour works:
1. before hand host must make a list of 48 mons for a 8 man tour. no ubers included.
2. the host must be either in a room with the participants in showdown, or chatstep.
3. each participant can only get up to 6 pokemon.
4. the host gives up to 3 clues about the pokemon such as if reg. gengar was my example, the clues could be such as this pokemon is purple, or this pokemon is in gen 1.
5. first participant to say the right pokemon earns that pokemon to be on their team. Each participant can only say the right pokemon 6 times at the most.
6. after the 48 mons are given, there will be a 3-5 minute team building secession.
7. battles will be played in ou. other tier pokemon may be included such as ru, or uu. but must not be uber.
8. the battle will be played in single elim.
9. if the pokemon can be mega, then it can be mega as long as it isnt unreleased or banned in ou.
10. all items are allowed. (may vary)
11. scouting is banned.
