  26. Subject: Freenode issue; also, Jordach's suicide threats
  27.
  28.
  29. Note to knitting people (I'll get around to writing to all of them in due course): This letter connects to knitting through Fierce Fibers, which, it is hereby stated publicly as a fact, is unambiguously involved, from a legal perspective, in the adult-child issues and other issues discussed in this letter.
  30.
  31. Christel Dahlskjaer, Hi !
  32.
  33. I'm experiencing what seems to be a DDoS tonight. It reminded me of your associates and of you yourself. Additionally, I've heard some Freenode news. So, I thought that I'd write.
  34.
  35. It might not surprise you to know that people in Freenode and Minetest circles notify me, from time to time, of goings-on. Actually, I'm closer indirectly, sometimes, than some of you might guess.
  36.
  37. Yesterday, two people stopped by separately, both to report the same Freenode issue. Now, to be clear, I know none of the details yet or even whether or not the reports are accurate.
  38.
  39. But is something going on related to somebody named "l0de" or a similar name and Freenode and/or Minetest activities related to children and sexual matters?
  40.
  41. You're aware, of course, that the behavior last year of Christian Loosli, behavior that you personally supported, involved demands to take down material outside of Freenode so that he could protect adults involved in inappropriate activities related to children.
  42.
  43. A point that is a fact and that I'd be pleased to address in litigation, little sister.
  44.
  45. The latest Freenode stories, if they're true, seem to entail greater legal risks for you and your friends. The media will not, in the end, ignore a Bitcoin-related anonymity-focused venture with connections to inappropriate adult-child interactions.
  46.
  47. And you, young lady, may be located outside the States, safe in general from extradition, but Andrew Lee, the last time I checked, is not.
  48.
  49. Kindly say Hello for me to your DDoSer associates.
  50.
  51. Andrew Lee, BTW, no offense is intended, but you allowed Christel to proceed as she did last year in connection with adult-child sexual issues. In the end, some of your anonymity ventures are likely to pay a legitimate and reasonable price related to U.S. laws. Not to mention U.S. media coverage.
  52.
  53. As a note to the MT people, Jordach has been threatening suicide since the week before Christmas. The most recent occasion was just a few days ago.
  54.
  55. I'm not going to attempt to analyze my feelings related to Jordach presently. I'll say that Auke-Jan Kok and I will be discussing, for legitimate and reasonable purposes that are protected under U.S. laws, Auke-Jan's remarks on the matter for some time to come.
  56.
  57. Do say Hello to Auke-Jan for me. He's a lovely fellow. He and Stacey Serafin should expect the delayed legal document to be delivered to them in person, by a courier or process server, in due course. You know, the legal document which they demanded that I provide. I do try to be helpful and obliging
  58.
  59. If they've moved again, I've got a process server firm in the area which prides itself on getting the job done. We managed it, after all, earlier this year despite the somewhat convoluted address history of Fierce Fibers. Which is behind, by the way, on filing some of the paperwork required by the State.
  60.
  61. Jordach doesn't usually explain what's going on in his head. This last time, he just came to ask us, did we believe in reincarnation? He didn't state the reason for the question until the end.
  62.
  63. Have a larger than usual number of nicks disappeared recently? If so, it's possible that you people have done something rather bad.
  64.
  65. You wouldn't have committed murder, exactly, but this is, or was, a real person. A very different person, one who did his part to cause the train-wreck last year, but he deserved better for the past 6 years than your type.
  66.
  67. It's getting old. The entire situation. But, then, I'm old. And I've learned patience over the years. If the "l0de" issue proves to be a dead end, legally speaking, there will be other issues.
  68.
  69. In the end, your choice, the choice that you've made to support adult-child sexual interactions, DDoS, stalking, extortion, marital violence, and cover-ups of such activities will prove to be inadvisable.
  70.
  71. You're a woman, you know, Christel. Possibly a member of the #MeToo brigade or, at the very least, supposedly opposed to physical violence against women and the abuse of children.
  72.
  73. Explain yourself.
  74.
  75. Oh, one more note; I can obtain as many Gmail addresses as I like, though probably not more than 5 a day. I'm using this host presently because it's convenient. In the end, though, it'll be Gmail all the way.
  76.
  77. Good luck, Andrew Ward (as opposed to Lee) on trying to block based on email addresses subsequently.
