  1. I'd like to see Dungoneering added but as a mini-game/raid. You would take your team of 1-5 into the Dungeon and get a randomly generated layout of combat, skilling, resource, key, door, and boss rooms.
  2.
  3. Completion of Dungeon's rewards players with points based on activity within the Dungeon (with bonus points for using a variety of skills). These points would be used towards unlocking access to hidden skilling areas around the world. Additionally, each time you enter these hidden areas, a small fee of points would be required.
  4.
  5. These points could also be used towards new items. The items could be new skilling based tools, which offer a 2x or 3x resource harvest, (with no additional experience) and break after a certain number of uses.
  6.
  7. With the addition of these tools, something similar to /u/GentleTractor's skilling catalyst suggestion could be added, which would "recharge" or "repair" the tools. These catalysts could be called ancient artifacts (ie. an ancient axe head which adds 50 charges) and would be untradable. They could be added in place of certain resource drops on boss tables or added to future content.
  8.
  9. The main argument against /u/GentleTractor's skilling catalyst suggestion was that it didn't fit the theme of OSRS. I would argue that likewise, noted resource drops aren't thematic and were largely added to post-2007 content. I believe that this would be a healthy and thematic way to add resource drops to the game and promote skilling over PvM to gather resources.
