basically just bypassing security by making data over run a buffers bounary and white code to memory locations by using malformed inputs usually can trigger one. and i have accounts on htb tryhackme our whole server does CTF all the time and bug bounties. You got banned because you didnt read the rules
and it sounds fishy to me that your saying you know all this hacking

Wrong! A daemon is a background process, i.e service nginx start, service tor start, service ssh start, etc
The daemons being nginx, tor, ssh, etc
