 PERSONALITY — yihan is a quiet guy that never seems to get enough sleep. he has a very quiet and calm voice that sometimes can't be heard even when everything's quiet. he has a lot of questions and will ask them, however, if nobody hears him, he won't speak up but repeat the questions hoping someone would hear him. however, he's not the type to be angry or sad if people 'ignore' him; he knows how quiet he speaks and is just too lazy to speak up, thus he always tells himself that if the other members don't listen to what he says, it's to their disadvantage. he also poses a lot of random questions the members don't know an answer to but he actually doesn't want them to answer them; he usually asks and then just goes away. he's a very optimistic person, too, even if he loves to sleep long, he still enjoys being awake and usually smiles a lot. he wants to do everything 100% correct, thus he asks numerous questions before even starting something, causing him to be a little bit slow in everything he does. whenever someone has problems, he listens to them very closely and remembers almost everything they told him, even after years, because he thinks it's very important to listen to everyone. he's also very fair; due to his past, he hates bullies and stands up for people in situations like his when he was younger. he's also a very relaxed person most of the time due to spending most of his life at the calm and sunny naiharn beach in phuket, however he can get quite hectic when there's a deadline he needs to follow. he doesn't talk a lot about himself and is actually a little too lazy sometimes. he's usually friendly and a helpful person, however when people lie or are unfaithful, he won't ever forgive them due to his past. he hates to keep secrets because he feels like lying when he doesn't tell a person everything they should know. due to his past, he's also a very family-centered person and misses his family a lot.

BACKGROUND ― min. 6 sentences
when yihan was eight years old, his family moved to the island phuket in thailand (his father suffered from burn-out syndrome and they wanted him to relax, thus they thought thailand would be the right place) where his family opened a korean restaurant at nai harn beach. he visited a thai school there because his parents thought it was needed so he could learn the language properly, however he was bullied there because he couldn't speak thai until he was 12 years old. he visited an internation middle school though which was less a problem because his parents thought him english; he didn't became popular but people at least stopped bullying him. when he was younger, he spent a lot of time with his three siblings (he's the youngest of them) because they were sorry that her little brother got bullied, thus they still have a very close relationship. he often helped in his mother's restaurant after his parents divorced; his father cheated on his mother with a waitress at the restaurant. when he was seventeen, he vacationed in korea in order to try to start a musical career -  he auditioned for multiple agencies but always got rejected until he placed #1 at the audition for muse entertainment.
