- Changes made on 2020/01/26 - Random Enchants
- New Legendary RE - Paratrooper: Your Disengage now launches you higher into the air and activates a Combat Parachute until you land. While airborne, the high vantage point increases the critical strike chance of your Hunter shots by 25%. When the parachute is detached you gain 80% ranged attack speed for 4 seconds.
- New Legendary RE - Eternal Water: Your Summon Water Elemental now lasts indefinitely, but your Water Elemental can no longer cast Freeze.
- Quick Death now grants 4% haste per stack, from 5. It now lasts for 15 seconds, from 12.
- Holy Radiance has been reworked. It now makes your Greater Heal also heal all friendly targets affected by your Renew for 15% of the amount.
- Crackling Thunder has had its Attack Power scaling reduced to 5% per tick, from 7%.
- Unending Fury now also increases the damage of Whirlwind.
- Divine Providence now also increases the healing of Greater Heal.
- Demonic Synergy now increases your pets critical strike chance by 40/50%, from 50/100%.
- Renewed Energy should now restore 20% of base mana as intended.
- Alembic has been reworked to grant 20% base mana, from 260 mana. It now has a 5% chance to proc, from 2%, and a 10 second internal cooldown.

- Changes made on 2020/01/26 - Talents and abilities
- The base damage and scaling of Mind Flay has been increased by 5%.
- The base damage and scaling of Drain Life has been increased by 5%.
- The spell haste granted by Borrowed Time has been reduced to 4/8/12/16/20%, from 5/10/15/20/25%. The tooltip has also been updated to indicate that this effect is not consumed by instant cast spells.
- The duration of the Serrated Blades proc effect has been increased to 12 seconds, from 8.
- Honor Among Thieves now has a 3 second internal cooldown, up from 2. It no longer procs of auto-attacks.
- The mana regeneration effect of Holy Concentration no longer only procs off critical heals, and the duration increase of Renew is now also triggered by Circle of Healing.
- The attack power scaling of Bloodthirst has been increased to 45%, from 43%.
- Benediction (Retribution talent) now restores 4/8/12/16/20% of your base mana when you kill a target that gives experience or honor. This effect cannot occur more than once every 10 seconds.
- Shield Mastery now grants 5/10% increased block value, from 10/20%.
- Ghostly Strike now increases chance to Parry if a Two-Handed weapon is equipped, else it increases chance to Dodge. Setup no longer converts this Dodge into Parry.
- Darkness now also increases the damage of Mind Blast by 10% while active.
- Sanctity of Battle no longer increases critical strike chance.
- When Shattering Throw does not remove an immunity, it instead applies 5 stacks of Sunder Armor reduces its cooldown by 30 seconds.
- Eclipse has a 100% chance to proc from Wrath hits, from 60%.
- Tidal Focus now reduces the mana cost of Shaman healing spells by 3/6/9/12/15%, from 2/4/6/8/10%.
- Empowered Stormstrike's bonus damage from having Frostbrand and Flametongue has been increased to 30%, up from 15%.
- Empowered Stormstrike's Shock attack power scaling has been increased by to 1.25%, from 4%. Its spell power scaling has been reduced from 5% to 4%.
- Update borrowed time tooltip to say it gives haste and is consumed by next cast with a cast time.
- Empowered Imp now has a 33/66/100% chance to proc, from 100/100/100%.
- Empowered Imp now increases the critical strike chance of your next Destruction Warlock spell by 100%, from 50%.
- The first rank of Improved Sprint no longer has a chance to grant immunity nor to remove movement impairing effects.
- Weapon Mastery now properly procs off all melee attacks, not only auto-attacks.
- ឵The damage of Bloodthirst is increased by 10% per Rend, Garrote or Rupture that you have applied on the target.
- Reduced the proc rate of Furious Attacks by 20%.
- Steady Shot now deals 110% weapon damage.
- Capstone: The final rank of Sinister calling now makes your Hemorrhage apply an extra combo point when cast on a target that is bleeding.
- Capstone: The final rank of Malice makes you gain 4 energy when your Garrote or Rupture deal damage.
- Capstone: The final rank of Improved Poisons now increases your chance to hit with poisons by 10%.
- Capstone: The final rank of Remorseless Attacks refreshes your Slice and Dice duration to its 5 combo point maximum when you kill an enemy that yields experience or honor.
- Capstone: The final rank of Empowered Touch now makes your Healing Touch casts reduce the cooldown of your Natural Alacrity by 3 seconds.
- Capstone: The final rank of Emberstorm now makes Searing Pain casts reduce the cooldown of Chaos Bolt by 3 seconds.
- Capstone: The final rank of Improved Sprint makes activating Sprint remove all movement impairing effects and grant immunity to all movement impairing effects for 2 seconds.
- Unrelenting Storm has been reworked. It now makes your Lightning Bolt casts trigger Unrelenting Storm, increasing your spell haste by 1/2/3% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
- Capstone: The final rank of Unrelenting Storm empowers your Chain Lightning while Unrelenting Storm is fully stacked. Chain Lightnings cast under this effect will unleash the storm, dealing 20% increased damage and causing the target to take 13% increased spell damage for 12 seconds. This does not stack with similar effects.
- Anticipation (Warrior talent) has been renamed to Adaptive Defense.
- Capstone: The final rank of Adaptive Defense reduces the damage you take by 5% for 10 seconds after dodging an attack.
- Enrage now increases your physical damage by 2/4/6/8/10% and melee haste by 2/4/6/8/10% for 12 seconds after being struck by a damaging attack while below 50% health. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
- Capstone: With the final rank of Enrage, this effect is also triggered at any health level by casting Bloodrage, Berserker Rage or Recklessness.
- The cooldown reset of Bloodthirst from the Bloodsurge talent should now be more consistent and display properly.
- The tooltip of Fire Power has been corrected.
- The tooltip of the Earthfury 8-piece set bonus has been fixed.
- Fixed a bug where Hunter traps sometimes wouldn't have the proper delay before becoming active.
- The effect of the Faith 8-piece set bonus now properly appears in the combat log.
- Fixed an exploit that reset the iCD of a few Random Enchants in an unintended way.
- Fixed a bug where the first rank of Remorseless Attacks sometimes would proc from enemies that didnt give experience or honor.
- Fixed an issue where the cooldown of Disarm sometimes wouldn't display properly.
- Fixed an issue where Atiesh Karazhan portal and visual effect didn't work as intended.
- Fixed the tooltip of Wound Poison.
- [Seasonal] Frostbolt now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%.
- [Seasonal] Curse of Agony now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 10%.
- [Seasonal] Shred now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%.
- [Seasonal] Insect Swarm now deals 25% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%.
- [Seasonal] Rip now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%.
- [Seasonal] Mortal Strike now deals 20% reduced damage in PvP, from 25%.
- [Seasonal] Shield Slam now deals 25% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%.
- [Seasonal] Ferocious Bite now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%.
- [Seasonal] Ravage no longer deals reduced damage in PvP.
- [Seasonal] Chimera Shot and Chimera Shot - Serpent now deal 25% reduced damage in PvP, from 35%.
