This game have 2 types of OoB the first type is when you to the another room of the level for get the wrong warp and the another type is when you enter to a glitched broken room and here you can found goal doors and wrong warp doors.

Why time attack level isn't considered part of all levels category?
Simple, because when you beat all 50 levels you can see on credits that you are got and beat 100% of levels in this game so, that is the reason of why isn't considered just for 100%.
