》 General Terms

・ When publishing work using this voice, you are required to state the name of the voice model (Akiyama Daichi AI/ 秋山大智 AI / A.I.CHI).

・ Individual commercial use of 秋山大智 (voice model or character) is permitted.

・ Comapany commercial use of 秋山大智 (voice model or character) requires permission from the creator (Peeslubn).

・ Any commercial works using standing illustration of 秋山大智 is FORBIDDEN.

・ Derivative characters are permitted, as long as the voice model is properly credited, and you do not claim the database as yours.

・ Use of 秋山大智 in media featuring ANY hate speech, using slurs, or other extremely offensive language is prohibited at all costs.

》 Model Terms

・ Redistribution of this voice model outside of the official download is forbidden.

・ You're not allowed to use any model from this voicebank for pre-training another model.

・ Usage of the model's output audio for automated voice services, sample packs, training other Singing Voice algorithms;
  signal converters or similar software, is prohibited.
  This excludes using the model's output audio as a driving / reference input audio for voice conversion algorithms.

・ The database used for training the models is private. The Developer won't grant the User an access to any data used for training the models.

》 Character Terms

・ R-18 is OK, as long as the creator of said content is above 18 years old.

・ Violent content (gore) is permitted.

・ Do not use for political or religious content (common religious carols are OK).

・ Shipping content is OK, as long as the pairing is BL (boy x boy).

・ Content produced with 秋山大智, with or without other characters becomes PROHIBITED when involving:
 1: Pedophilia, "lolicon" and "shotacon", or romantic/sexual interaction with ANY characters under 18 years old.
 2: Sexual content relating to non-intellegent animals (furries, monsters, sentient humanoids are OK.)
 3: Rape, "non-con", or sexual assault. Songs using these themes in a non-explicit way may be exempt.
    Permission is required if you want to use 秋山大智 for this purpose. ALL visual art depicting this subject is prohibited.

・ Cosplay of 秋山大智 is OK.

・ Roleplay of 秋山大智 is OK, please do not claim 秋山大智 as your own character and ALL roleplay featuring 秋山大智
  must abide by the terms listed here.
