  11. [SCRIPT] X3FL Cheat Package : V1.70 : 2021-04-09

  13. I have created a cheat package for use with X3FL, which i and other beta testers have used when testing the game.
  14. The cheat scripts use many of the new features of scripting in X3FL, especially the use of the new input system. So these can be used as a good example when you start to script yourself.
  15.
  16. The cheat scripts are fairly straight forward to use, and is all contained within a single menu. There is a station command available via your stations command console as well as one in your ships command console. Both of this will open the cheats menu.
  17. The 3rd way is to use the hotkey which you can set in the controls menu.
  18.
  19. When the menu opens up it will have a certain target object. This is either the ship/station you ran the command from, or your current target if using the hotket (if no target, then the playership)
  20. The first option will switch the current target to any object you select. The 2nd section has all the commands available for the target object. Different options will apear depending on the target.

  23. Hi, I'm having some trouble getting this to work. I installed using the plugin manager (v1.60), the only scripts installed are: Cheat collection Package 1.70 Community Plugin Configuration 1.60 Cycrow Libraries 1.00 Hotkey Manager 1.21 Ware Manager 1.20
  24. X3TC and AP are clean installs
  25. My issue: I don't get the option in command consoles to use cheats, there's no hotkey to be assigned. If I open the plugin configuration menu, there's an entry Cheats -> Cycrow: Cheats 2 -> empy menu
  26. I installed a different script for testing and that showed up in game fine
  27. Also I can't use the plugin manager to start the game, If I click the Run: X3: Farnham's Legacy button, it just closes the manager, I still have to start the game manually through steam
  28. Unsure on how to actually install mods
  29. Hey, im completely new to this mod, and have successfully got the main AKI mod working, although i am unsure how to get a mod called "never lose equipment" working, i am just trying to get the game working where so i dont lose my stuff when i die, but can keep stuff if I extract.
  30. Here are my steps on installing mods:
  31.
  32. You download them as an archive (.zip, .7z, etc)
  33. You extract them as a folder (7zip is the preferred program because it can handle pretty much any archive file type)
  34. You put that mod's folder into your mods folder, located at /user/mods
  35. Most mods have a config.json file (usually located in a folder named "config", "db", or "data"). Some mods do not, because they're just a simple fix/tweak, or the mod's author doesn't want you to configure anything.
  36. Most mods will come with some kind of "readme" file or have comments inside of config.json that tells you what each config line item controls in their mod.
  37. Depending on what you want from the mod and how large and configurable the mod is, you adjust config.json to your choosing.
  38. Launch your server.exe and check in the output that your mod is active (most mods will print something to the server's output that they are turned on).
  39. Play SPT and try out the mod.
  40.
  41. ive followed your guide, but for some reason when i launch the server it says error invalid mod encountered, do you know a fix for this?
  42. Be sure you launch the game first guys and create your character, otherwise there won't be a user folder ffs. (I did this and couldn't find it. I know I'm a dumb***.)
  43. I dont have a user folder or mods folder are you supposed to make those? i have BepInEx and a few data folders
  44. First, which AKI version are you on? I don't think any mods work on bleeding edge. If you're on 1.51/1.5: Go to your spt aki folder, open user, and there should be a mods folder, unzip the neverloseequip mod into the folder. The folders should look like sptaki/user/mods/Revingly-NeverLoseEquipments/
  45. Inside the Revingly-NeverLoseEquipment folder, you should see a src folder and some other files. To enable found in raid status for items: open the src folder, open the config.json file in a .json editor, then set
  46. I don't think any mods work on bleeding edge.
  47. Just a small note here. I'm on SPT v2.0 RC1 BE and I've got Eresh's Configurator and AllinOne mods running. They're the most likely to be compatible because most of what they're modifying is just in the usual server json config files. I've tried Bread & Butter but it didn't work for me.
  48. Thanks for this, sorry for the late reply I was sleeping, but I’m on the latest non bleeding edge version of AKI,
  49. So what program do I actually use to open the .json file?
  50. my user folder doesnt have mods folder. and i dont know how to fix that . But ifw to not lose your equipement after dying just alt f4 instantly after diying
