Why are you such a mess?

Alexithymiaa: -Noah was in much better shape than he had been on Thursday, his face and body still badly bruised, but he was able to easily get around and things didnt really hurt unless they were touched. He waas in the kitchen pulling a microwave meal out of the freezer, pulling the seaal back and tossing it into the microwave to hit a few buttons to start it.-
Covet: Tae had been in her room most of the evening working on a costume for up coming events and work. Getting it on however had been fun, with how bad her torso still hurt. The bruising was still really tender and colorful at this point. She walked out towards the living room after hearing the beeping going on in the kitchen. "Hey, I need the opinion of another set of eyes. I've been looking at this too long myself."
Alexithymiaa: -He turned to look over his shoulder at her approaching, setting his hands down on the counter and really taking her in. "Yes. You look hot." He said with aa grin.-
Covet: She smiled and shook her head, "Okay good. And it doesn't look too bulky around the ace bandage around my waist, right now?" Tae asked.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhhh..." He leaned gently to one side, inspecting her waist, but sort of going back to staring at her chest. "No, it definitely looks good. I thought you said you were going to be Scooby Doo.... er... Velma for Halloween?"-
Covet: "This isn't for halloween. There are more things to dress up for in this month." She told him with a scoff as stared at him. "Why would I be scooby doo?" Tae asked with a shallow laugh.
Alexithymiaa: "That's... not what I meant." He mumbled, turnign to grab his food from the beeping microwave. Setting it down on the counter and shaking off his now burning fingertips, he looked at her again. "I didnt mean Scooby Doo... I was thinking of the naame of the show instead of the character."-
Covet: "Oh, okay yeah, Velma. We have the same color hair so it will be easy." She said with a shrug. "What are you eating?" She asked him walking over to look at whatever it was.
Alexithymiaa: "I mean, wigs exist even if you didn't." He said, glancing down at his microwave meal. "Turkey with mashed potatoes and corn. And gravy." He added, reaching into the drawer for a fork. "These are easy."-
Covet: "Oh I know I have plenty, but I think wearing the sweater dress is already going to be warm enough." Tae said then looked at him, "It's just a bachelor meal... You realize you can get even better food at the diner right?"
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, but the diner isn't in my house at 2am. Or in my pajamas." He said with a smile, stabbing at some turkey and then putting it back because it was molten lava hot.-
Covet: "It could be, if you had uber eats deliver it. And it probably wouldn't melt your mouth either." She said to him with a laugh.
Alexithymiaa: "That's a lot of work. This is ready in three minutes. That would take me three minutes to put the order in alone." He cut the turkey with the sides of his fork. "It'll cool off in a minute."-
Covet: "Would still be better." Tae mumbled shaking her head. "That alone would be worth the wait."
Alexithymiaa: "Eh... I dont really care. This is easy and convenient." He brought some turkey to his mouth and blew on it for sticking the food in to chew. "No ones forcing you to eat it."-
Covet: "I don't know.. it's just kind of Pathetic?" Tae said, "But it's your life, your body. Who am I to judge."
Alexithymiaa: "Pathetic?" He asked, turning to look at her with a raise of his brows. "That was savage. There's nothing pathetic about microwave dinners. They're convenient. Convenienttttt."-
Covet: "They're what bachelors and divorcee's eat." Tae told him, going to go sit down because standing up too long and in heels was starting to hurt.
Alexithymiaa: "Well I am a bachelor and I don't cook so... what else am I supposed to do?" He said as he scooped mashed potatoes into his mouth.-
Covet: "Live up to your title, I guess?" Tae said to him, then walked to the freezer to pull out the pint of ice cream that she'd stashed in there.
Alexithymiaa: "Looks like I am." He said as he took a bite of corn, turning to look at the ice cream she was pulling out of the freezer. "Hey, where did you get that? I didn't see that in there."-
Covet: "Uh, It's mine.. and I know how to hide ice cream." She told him as she grabbed a spoon and started to dig in.
Alexithymiaa: "Well... I offered you some of my meal.... are you going to share?" He asked a little bitterly.-

Covet: "You offered me some of your bachelor meal. You can't share a bachelor meal, that's like a rule. Just like you can't share a pint of ice cream" she said licking off her spoon before sticking her tongue out at him.
Alexithymiaa: "You totally can share a bite or two of a bachelor meal just the same you can share a bite or two of a pint of ice cream. Get the fuck out of here with that stupid rule bullshit."-
Covet: "I dunno... Can I?" She said to him as she took another bite and smiled, "Mmm, and it's the good stuff, Ben and Jerry's...Strawberry Cheesecake."
Alexithymiaa: "What? Thaats such a great flavor." He said with a small whine, setting his fork down in his plastic dinner dish. "C'mon... be a team player."-
Covet: "hmm.. what do I get out of it?" Tae asked him as she took another bite.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhh... you get that your ex beat the shit out of me. Share your damn ice cream." He said like a child.-
Covet: "Wow...I didn't think you'd be the kind of asshole who'd use that card." Tae said, unamused with his reaction. "For the record I tried to warn you. I already feel guilty without you adding to it." She said slamming the last little bit of ice cream in the container down. " Fine have it." She then turned and started to walk back to her room.
Alexithymiaa: "Well obviously you don't know me then!" He yelled after her, pouting for all of five seconds before he realized he'd stepped over the line. Grabbing the ice cream, he turned to follow her. "Tae..."-
Covet: "Clearly!" Tae yelled back, walking into her room to slam the door but the beads got in the way so it didn't close properly. Leaning over she winced and cried out a little as she unzipped her boots, and struggled to get out of the dress with as little pain as possible.
Alexithymiaa: "Tae." He repeated as he walked to her door, seeing the mangled beads stuck in the side of the door. "Open the door and take your stupid ice cream."-
Covet: "No, just fucking finish it Noah." She said with a grumble kicking off her boots and tossed them into the closet.
Alexithymiaa: "I don't want to finish it, I want you to finish it." He said into her door, giving it a little tap to try to nudge it open.-
Covet: "I don't want it anymore." She told him tugging down the zipper on her dress to step out of it. " Noah, can you just go away please. I need to go to bed." She told him as she took her hat off, and hung up the dress before climbing into bed, too angry to worry about the pain of doing it.
Alexithymiaa: -He let out an exasperated groan, turning from her door to stalk into his bedroom. He had abandoned his meal to just leave out on the counter in the kitchen because he fucking sucks. Winging the pint of ice cream across his bedroom, he dropped down into bed to sulk.-
