"I object! I'm not a 'Defendant'",after which 'judge' Greg Nakamura frowned deeply, Rick Damerville whom I'd been ushered and informed outside the courtroom specially by the public pretender and the P.O.; the p.d. said "He's gonna pounce on 'im", meaning Damerville was gonna pounce on me" apparently. After the rebuttal to being a 'Defendant', Damerville's shoulders slumped, he looked down and said not a word; then the judge said no more 'proof of compliance hearings'; now they are looking for me so that they can 'catch me in my talk' or doings in some way (although I do not harm anyone or violate God's Law) so that they can disprove my rebuttal of not being a 'Defendant'. Apparently they are testing to see if I will serve a Writ of Coram Nobis Ad Ecclesia on them or just lay down and act like the fictio they try to enslave us all with .. we will all see..
