Hi there, I am writing this appeal because the person who gave me the ticket told me to because she cannot help me. Here is what happened, I really needed to use the bathroom and drove into the plaza. However, upon driving around and around in circles and could not find 1 single space, I parked in front of Rexall area and asked a guy working inside if I can just park here real quick while I used the bathroom. He said that's fine but hurry. It was quite late at night. I booked in right away to use the bathroom and came right back out within 5 minutes of parking there. Even the temporary 15 minutes parking slot was full and I really really need to use the bathroom and came right back out, and it was within 5 minutes and quite late at night where everything was about to close or close to closing...
