Good afternoon. This is The Lobbyist, attorney at law. My partners and I are presently retained by Emperor Kdeeks and Professor Pds0303, and Jfkvius. We are contacted to A. Represent them in all official proceedings and matters. And B. Open a Special Inquiry Commission (SIC) to investigate the judiciary of Columbia and all recent prosecutions.

We intend to resolve all legal matters with Columbia and its Judiciary. Notwithstanding, should due process be foregone: our firm will immediately execute the formal creation of a report to the Forum for International Diplomacy, detailing any and all abuses of power by current high officials of Columbia, as well as the failings of the Empire of Columbia (such as an EMPTY Penal Code)

Our firm has thoroughly analyzed the actual law of the land as it existed during the Crisis of 2020. Internationally retroactive laws are not acceptable, nor are they legal under the laws of Columbia as they exist. Believe it or not the law of the land is not Shadedooom, nor is it Kdeeks, nor any other. It is the Charter of Columbia and the Justice System of Columbia.

Legally Emperor Kdeeks and Emperor Shadedoom continue to hold their respective positions. They continue to maintain discussions in separate discord servers. Officially Kdeeks and Pds0303 remain active citizens as defined legally. This cannot be stripped from them because Emperor Shadedoom does not hold any more legal power than Emperor Kdeeks.

Amendment 5 declares in Section 1 that citizens are entitled to "due process" in a non-partisan Columbian court system. This same act demands that while state seizures may occur, they may not be indefinite. This act outlines that seizures of property must be returned after two weeks should there not be a conviction within that timespan. Because a conviction did not occur, yet Emperor Shadedoom continued to withhold the private property of Kdeeks and Pds0303 (Rhodes Cooperative) and their partners. For this reason, and because of his blatant disregard for holding trials with due process, we officially and formally do declare the opening of a court case again Shadedoom for all of his outstanding violations of the legal code.

Shadedoom is not a tyrant and the law does not allow him to be, the law declares that there must be due process. These men are entitled to a day in court, just like everyone else.
