I'm immediately going to say that: 1. I feel like Balance Electric-Psy is far worse than HO. It lacks an extra layer of hazards really and as long as Kyogre with specs is around, there's no balance team that will hold up against it. 2. It always feels bad not to use Tapu Lele, but Koko just seemed a better fit. 3. Run Kasib Berry on Lugia and/or Slowbro if facing ghost since Marshadow will probably fist you in the anus else. All though there's counterplay without. 4. Again I used Mega Gallade due to mathups. Tapu lele > Koko vs ghost to block priority from Marshadow and hit with scarf moonblast (yes scarf it). 5. I'm getting tired when writing this, so sorry.

Rotom-Wash:

- Pretty standard outspeeds azu and defogs and pivots.

Tapu Koko:

- I went back and forth a lot between volt switch and u turn since Koko gets both. Technically U-Turn is always better cause there's no type (like Ground) to block it off. However, since this balance team will rely around chip damage and SR hazard damage and regeneration, getting some extra damage off might be beneficial.

- Electrium Z for big fat nuke yeet.

- Taunt to stop hazard leads etc.

- Dazzling Gleam to hit M-Sab and dragons.

Mega-Gallade:

- Same set and reasoning as HO, but more effective w/o Lele blocking shadow sneak. Zen headbutt over sneak is a good option here though.

Slowbro:

- Our beloved regenerator abusing fatty. Scald for burns, ice beam to hit dragons.

- Kasib berry useful vs ghost.

Jirachi:

- SR dropped with speed to creep Heatran and anything close to that.

- T wave Iron Head to tilt your opponent

- U-turn for triple pivot with koko and rotom-wash which is very welcome for this team.

Lugia:

- Actually pretty good mon. Really good mon for balance play. Multiscale is a crazy good ability. With Multiscale and Kasib Berry it can solo off Marshadow so easily and remove it from sweeping your team so please use kasib vs ghost.

- Toxic sub sets are possible, but I thought using double stab to hard hit mons would be good. However these are good options over Psychic or Aeroblast: Defog, Whirlwind/Roar, Substitute, Detect, Shadow Ball, ...

- Recover > Roost is an option but you don't use Flying Typing and I think it's generally good to lose that typing.

- 28 speed to creep things like Breloom, ... if u wanna sub or KO them.
