Dear Sir or Madam,

Before I start with the main issues, which are the reasons I'm contacting you in first place, I appeal to you to NOT ignore this e-mail and it's contents. Please hear me out. Thank you very much.

First of all, I'm a “Cardfight!! Vanguard”-player since a long time. Like many others, my favourite clan of all the time is Bermuda Triangle and I spent a lot of money on their products. This is what things looked like in 2015.
In 2016 Bermuda Triangle's fifth Clan Booster “G-CB03 – Blessing of Divas” was released. Things went downhill from there. “Blessing of Divas” was Bermuda Triangle's worst Clan Booster (If not Vanguards worst product ever), containing 99% of pure trash. As a result of this, Bermuda Triangle never received real support since 2015, as other clans become stronger and stronger.

Bermuda Triangle-players are very passionate about their favourite clan. We choose this clan (of course) for the girls and their defensive mechanics, we can identify ourselves with. Nevertheless, we also want to use Bermuda Triangle decks in tournament play, like your BCS tournaments. Bermuda Triangle latest developments made this borderline impossible.

I hoped that “Blessing of Divas” was just an one-time issue. I hoped that Bushiroad can't create two failures for Bermuda Triangle in a row. I hoped that you guys have listened to your customers and their demands, so something like “Blessing of Divas” never happens again.

After browsing the full cardlist of “G-CB05 – Prismatic Divas” on your website two days ago, I'm disappointed. You guys had the chance to make up for last years failure and you've wasted it. Bermuda Triangle Clan Booster is once in a year. If one Clan Booster contains 99% trash like “G-CB03 – Blessing of Divas” in 2016 it's the worst thing that could ever happen to this beloved clan.

After two failed Clan Boosters in a row, Bermuda Triangle as a clan is on the verge of dying. In order to prevent this, you guys have to take action NOW! If you wait until 2018 it would be too late, as Bermuda Triangle would be never going to catch up with the other clans on that time.

Let me explain the major problems with Prismatic Divas...

1) False advertisement

“A powerful new theme “Chouchou” deck can be constructed together with the [Debut of the Divas] Trial Deck released on the same day!

Chouchou is not powerful, otherwise this deck would be able to fight top decks like Blaster, Chronojet, Nightrose, Luard,... on a somewhat equal level. Instead of this, Chouchou suffers many problems I'm going to further point out later.
Also you promised that we don't need any old units to construct a Chouchou deck, which is also a lie. The G Zone make this task impossible. You only give us two Chouchou strides, one of them needs to hit the vanguard to resolve her skill. This is insufficient in quality and quantity. Don't expect us to run an incomplete G Zone for the next twelve months.

2) Resource problems

In Bermuda Triangle we have to pay Counter Blast/Soul Blast for everything. We have to pay Counter Blast/Soul Blast to send Rearguards from field to hand. We have to pay Counter Blast/Soul Blast to activate the skill of a unit which was send from field to hand by the skill of another unit.
“Love Collect, Eleanor” from “Prismatic Divas” is a very good example of what's going wrong with Bermuda Triangle in general. For Eleanor we have to pay Counter Blast (1)/Soul Blast (1) to fetch one card from the top of the deck, but in order to activate her, we need to send her from field to hand and to do this we have to pay the Counter Blast/Soul Blast-from another unit, Spica for example. This makes Eleanors skill even more expensive. All this for just 1 additional card? This is not worth it.
Harmony in general has a big problem with paying its costs since its first release in 2015. This issue is still unsolved. With “Wonderful Voice, Lauris” and “Love Collect, Eleanor” both needing Counter Blast (1) & Soul Blast (1) for their skills you have made this issue even more worse.

Gear Chronicle can poke with a high amount of attacks with only one Counter Blast. You allowed Grenache for Nightrose. Luard creates massive card advantage with just one Counter Blast while his Stride is costless...
...and you can't even give Harmony a proper card to Counter Charge/Soul Charge? How is this fair?!!

In Chouchou, we have to pay Counter Blast/Soul Blast to send a unit back to the deck just to draw a card, which is a +-0. In 2014 “Oath Liberator, Aglovale“ (TD16/006) was released. Aglovale only need a Counter Blast (1) to call a unit from top three cards of your deck. With this skill he make 1 card advantage (+1) easily. Remember, this was in 2014. In 2017, Chouchou is not able to make the same advantage for the same cost? This is ridiculous! Also enabling an additional attack is the NOT a “+1”. If you still think it is in 2017, please graduate from this misconception immediately!

This resource problem is a general problem with Bermuda. As long as there is no solution for this, it's not possible for Bermuda Triangle to enter tournament play anytime soon, without having a snowball chance in hell to survive.

3) Overall bad designed cards

“Duo Everlasting, Reit” is terrible. Nobody is willing to discard three cards with the same name, just for a “Restand” with drive -1. It's not even possible to keep the trigger effects on VG. She's too weak in today's environment. You guys should have made her “Reit”-in-heart-restricted and give her a stronger skill to maintain the balance, exactly like “True Revenger, Raging Rapt Dragon” (G-BT09/004). Duo, once Bermuda Triangles biggest hope in tournament play, remains dead.

“Hearty Dancer, Courage” should fix Rivieres Ride Chain as Vanguard. I'm fine with it. In the rest of the game, she's useless. You should have give her also a Rearguard-skill, even if it's just + 2000/3000 Power on attack. I can't believe you're still afraid of giving Ride Chains proper consistency support since “Flash Ripple, Odysseus” back then. You made a mistake on that time, but Riviere and Coral have to suffer for this and we are talking about a clan which needs good cards badly.

Slots G-CB05/053 – 060 are very disappointing. Why do we need more first vanguards like La Theta (054) and Villeta (055)? Why more Trigger without skills, when Bermuda Triangle is in the need of more utility triggers like “Red Lightning” from Nova Grappler? What's the point in printing more Triggers, when Bermuda just received a Trial Deck with all triggers in exactly the same time?There is also no Stand-Trigger with skilltext for Chouchou, something every new theme of this G-Era receives up to now. I see nothing useful, just wasted potential.

I want to complete this e-mail with two suggestions:

A Chouchou PR-card and a Harmony PR-card both solving the Counter Blast/Soul Blast-problem of their deck somehow. You have to release these cards in the next couple of weeks, otherwise it would be to late. We're not willing to wait for Summer 2018 to get these.
Another Bermuda Triangle-related product for this year like a “Mini Booster” (30 cards in total) you guys could release on Christmas for example. After two failed Clan Boosters in a row, this is necessary. All other clans are moving forward in overall strength towards 2018, while Bermuda Triangle is still stuck in 2015. This is not fair and you have to fix this.

Please, give a proper answer to this e-mail, not an automatic one. Please show a sign that you want to hear at your customers and that you're willing to cooperate. I see all the complainants from fellow Bermuda Triangle players on wikia, reddit, pojo,... we are all disappointed. We can't continue like this! We all willing to spend money for our favourite Clan Booster, much money, but we're also want quality for it. Please understand!
