Q. Do I know what I'm doing?
A. No

Q. Why version 1.8.2?
A. Something to do with Yugo strat, one division training and manipulation of spawned divisions.

Q. What is Capitulate H?
A. Capitulate is a HOI4 category that involves forcing a certain country, or alliance, to surrender while having divisions on their core territory. Capitulate H can be ran playing any Country. Capitulation occurs when a country has less victory points than their surrender limit.

Q. Why start as Germany?
A. There are two options, dunking on Germany as France after Germany tries to remobilise the Rhineland, or defeating Germany with itself in civil war. Germany has a ~75% chance to back down if you play as France, and the fastest you can cap Germany is by May 1936. However, if you start as Germany, you can mess with the spawned units after the civil war starts, and can delete all divisions Germany starts with, causing capitulation by mid-March.

Q. What is the strategy?
A. The strat is to cause civil war in Germany, while being at war with Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. World Tension is peaked by justifying on the United States, which allows Germany to create a faction with Yugoslavia. This causes a coup in Yugoslavia, which allows Germany to declare war on Yugoslavia. Czechoslovakia will then be at war with Germany as they guarantee Yugoslavia, right before the civil war kicks off. The spawned units on the fascist side is "manipped" to be one anti-air battalion only, allowing for quick capitulation. I generally try to declare war before France guarantees, as the French AI invades the regions that will be split into Neutral Germany, decreasing the amount of victory points we start with after the civil war instigates.

Q. When does time start/end?
A. As this is timed by Ingame Date, "time" ends on the day of capitulation

Q. Why have you restarted?
A. Because I have either done something wrong (named something wrong or misclicked), or Yugoslavia has entered a civil war instead of a successful coup occurring. There is a 30% for the civil war to happen, which I think stops Czechoslovakia from guaranteeing. However I need to test this.
