- I don't mind using readymade theme or readymade solution (my customers don't care about the look or the feel of the website)

- WHMCS does has the ability to provision cPanel hosting plans when someone registers on your website. A good digging on WHMCS forums will reveal the exact steps required. There are couple of settings required through like API integration of your WHM server into WHMCS with special permissions allocated to the API key.
