And what's the difference between "Horse Storage Offer" and "STORAGE 2TB - Exclusive"
Is the both are xen based, and got dedicated cpu cores?

Storage 2TB 1 Dedicated CPU core / Horse Storage 3 CPU cores

the loss os huge and not normal

from my side i dont see any issue which is weird .

the cores in horse plan are not dedicated but you can use more than 1
dedicated core out of the 3 shared cores plus it allow you to have usage
spikes if you need them

so I would suggest to go with horse plan

yes all our plans are xen hvm
if you use the cpu 100% for too long the CPU will be limited for 1 hour and
after 1 hour the limit will be removed . that way we can keep other able to
cpu as well

What about data security, is this is RAID 1 servers? What’s the probability of data loss?

all the storage servers are either raid10 or raidz2
which means we either mirror each disk or when we have 6 disks 4 of them
have data and 2 are parity
