Nocturne

Name: Her real name is Nocturne, but she's nicknamed "The Rake with A Million Eyes" or just "Rake" for short.
Age: Unknown, but is probably around 20 or 30, if judging by her looks works.
Birthday: Unknown, but she has hinted to 3 dates, August 9, November 5 and October 24.
Gender: Female, obviously.
Sexuality: Straight, presumably, but no one's even gotten close to her to get "that" nor able to ask a question about it.
Race: Her race is most likely Japanese, hinted by her large knowledge in the Japanese language and her looks.
Species: Unknown
Occupation: In the real world, she hides as an author of horror novels and writer of movies.

Appearance: As "Rake", she's child-like and is covered in white bandages, wearing a tattered light gray cloak with droopy ears attached to the side of the hood of the cloak, in her first form during battle her right eye turns black with a red pupil, in her second form she transforms into a mediocre sized monster with long claws, 4 legs and a rather wide body, with large spikes on her back, 6 black and red eyes and a long curved head that spikes backwards, along with a spike resembling a "beard" of some sorts on the bottom of her head, in her third form she finally transforms into what she's known for, an even larger monster with 2 spikes on the side of her head that curve backwards, 2 spikes on the top pointing upwards, she becomes more upright and her eyes merge into two eyes, her torso and back legs are covered in a large robe which is the same color as her cloak, she has 2 massive spikes protruding from her torso that point diagonally to the ground, and 14 disorganized spikes of the same length on her back, which curve diagonally backwards, often overlapping each other, her third form is rather unique, as she transforms massively this time, turning into a shadow with a black cloak, no hood and 2 spikes protruding out of her back, being on the right side and curving the same way backwards and to the side, one of her eyes disappears into the shadows and she becomes upright, having large hands with massive claws. Her final and largest form has 6 legs, becomes less upright and more defense oriented, having a wide and large torso and slimmer limbs. She has 22 large, once again disorganized spikes that appear on her back, curving to the sides and downwards, forming a circle, she also has two massive spikes that protrude from the side of her body, that twist around, similar to a screw. Her final form's mask is a blank white face with curved lines for her left eye, her right eye being just a black pupil, the rest being shadows or pure black. As "Nocturne" she appears as a beautiful but lazy woman, often wearing messy clothes and having disorganized and rustled bed hair that goes down to her hips.
Height: 5'2, 9'2 in form 2, 12'0 in form 3 and finally, 18'3 in final form.
Hair Colour: Her hair appears white, but is more of a bright blue.
Eye Colour: Her eyes are a beautiful blue, being around the shading of the water in the sea.
Cup Size: D, probably.

Personality: As "Nocturne" she's quite playful and ditsy at times, often oversleeping at meetup days and overall being lazy, but outside of that, she's nice. As "Rake" she's sadistic, expressing joy at the suffering of others, she has no signs of this as "Nocturne", often being a surprise to many once revealed.

Powers: Her powers consist of transforming into a massive monster, her first form doesn't begin until far into the battle, form "0.25" is a simple wing that bursts out of her back, and acts like flames in the appearance of it, flying around like a flame, at form "0.50" her right arm turns into a large fleshy hand that she uses to crush people, and her wing turns into two wings and then turns into hands that curve backwards mainly, but the hands go around randomly. Form "0.75" causes the "wings" to turn into more of a tentacle, retreating then bursting out as 6-8 tentacles made of hands, which are used to tear people apart. Finally, form 1 is when she actually begins to try, her cloak turns pure black and the sleeves go down to her wrists, the tentacles turn back into a single flaming wing, her entire face is covered except the red eye, the rest of the forms rely on biting and crushing with their hands, so it's nothing to explain.
