- Ninja Blade:
- + All standard attack ranges increaased to 9ft from 7ft.
- + Build Up now applies Devious, a modifier effect used by other powers to pull off new effects.
- + Ninja Blade's Devious effect causes all attacks to deal bonus Negative damage.
- + Sting Of The Wasp now applies Setup, granting the team a minor endurance discount for 15s. Stacks up to 3 times.
- + Gambler's Cut now applies Rush, granting the team a minor recharge bonus for 15s. Stacks up to 3 times.
- + Gambler's Cut is now a gamble (for your enemies). May proc various damage effects.
- + Flashing Steel deals slightly more damage. (Mag 1.2 up from 1)
- + Assassin's Blade will now deal slightly more damage on a successful sneak attack (Total Mag 6.5 up from 6).
- + Sneak attack (strictly the SNEAK attack) accuracy increased to 3x up from 1x. (Seriously, how can you miss an unaware target that's right in your face?)
- Sneak attacks were somewhat underwhelming in end-game play, this is an attempt to alleviate the issue.
- + Placate now has shadowy FX while under the effects of Build Up. This is purely cosmetic.
- + Divine Avalanche now has a range of ~24 ft (a little less than 3x the range of other attacks).
- + Divine Avalanche (listed as "Parry" in the code) critical damage increased to mag 1.6. Base damage remains at 0.8.
- This is a twofold change; one purely for cool factor, two for aiding Stalkers in gaining their defense bonus before enemies get too close.
- + Soaring Dragon now strikes enemies in a 14ft radius around the Stalker.
- + Soaring Dragon and Golden Dragonfly positions switched.
- + Soaring Dragon's damage reduced ~25%.
- + Golden Dragonfly shares Soaring Dragon's 14ft range, still targeted in front. Enemies struck by this attack have their attack speed lowered for 10s.
