	Panel 1: Interior of a fairly ordinary apartment. D.A putting his ridiculous coat on a hook.

	Panel 2: D.A passing an everyday couch, a case of beer in one hand and a bag of pretzels in the other.

	Panel 3: D.A standing before an incongruous, heavily reinforced vault door, partly open.

	D.A: “Can I come in?”

	DOCTOR (from inside): “No! Also: duck.”

	D.A: “What d’ya-“

	Panel 4: D.A reeling to one side as an explosion jets out of the partially-open door. The explosion is bright enough to darken the rest of the room.

	SFX: FOOM!

	D.A: “Jesus!”

	Panel 5: DOCTOR peeking out of the door, looking a bit scorched. He is wearing a shirt that says “WARNING: SCIENCE in progress!” D.A’s shirt is smoldering on one shoulder.

	DOCTOR: “No, he didn’t have anything to do with this. I’ve learned my lesson. Don’t be a baby; it’s just a fireball.”

	D.A: “I’ve got beer.”

	DOCTOR: “Oh, damn. Is it ok?”

	Comic 21
	Panel 1: D.A and DOCTOR seated in what looks like a gleaming high-tech laboratory. Lightning is arcing between mechanisms. Things are bubbling in tubes. The two of them recline in comfortable-looking chairs.

	D.A: “Should I even ask what that was about?”

	DOCTOR: “Probably not. You wouldn’t follow the details.”

	Panel 2: D.A looking indignant; DOCTOR looking smug.

	D.A: “Try me.”

	Panel 3: DOCTOR looks to be lecturing, gesturing to a mysterious science-y gizmo. There is what looks like a miniature lightning storm radiating off a small, polished metallic object inside. D.A is leaning forward.

	DOCTOR: “See that? Neutron core.

	Panel 4: DOCTOR looms in the foreground, shadows thrown all about by the lightning of the neutron core in the background. His goggles glint with menacing light, and his hands are raised high. He looks triumphant.

	DOCTOR: ....

	Panel 5: DOCTOR is shifty-eyed. D.A looks skeptical.
	SFX: *beat*
	D.A. "You don't have any idea what you're going to use it for, do you."

	DOCTOR: "Sure I do! I...uh..."
