Name: Cloe Sofia Escarra
High Concept: Hell's Gatekeeper
Trouble: Holding a Hell of a Grudge

Background:
Cloe is the daughter of a Spanish Wizard of the White Council. Well, until her father turned tail and joined the resurgent Kemmlerites during World War Two. Eventually he got killed, but the 18 year old Cloe was put under suspicion my mere association. The Council put her under the Doom of Damocles and intended to 'extend' her apprenticeship until they were certain of her.
Cloe, already having to deal with refusing her father to join her, felt this as betrayal and instead fled into the night.
Months later, the Wardens were hard on her tail, Cloe was at the end of her rope. She was hunted, she was alone and she was desperate.
One night, she was offered refuge in a small monastery in Gibraltar. A place to sleep and rest until the morning.
But things went different. Not trusting the monks to keep their word - a semi-Warlock either developed some paranoia or they died fast - she started to sneak through the place and in a vault deep under the earth, she found a chained wooden chest. Her curiosity piqued, she used magic to break the chains and opened the box.
Inside she found a blackened coin of some old make, but nothing more.
Disappointed, she took the coin up for a closer look.
You can guess what happened from there.

As she took up the Coin, a voice appeared in her head. Calling itself Gaderel, she welcomed her new Host, for she had glorious work to do.

Gaderel:
One of the Thirty Fallen, she rarely associates with either Anduriel or Imariels groups - and indeed has some disdain for them - for she has been given a special task by Lucifer himself.
See, Lucifer is really not on board with the idea of Outsiders screwing with Creation. That's *his* job.
And so he gave Gaderel the job of making sure the Outsiders influence in Creation was contained. In short, she was to hunt down anyone who'd break the Seventh Law of Magic or the creatures that managed to sneak through the Outer Gates.
Of course, the Church was not really on board with Gaderel showing up in a city, slaughtering dozens of cultists without a warning and running off again. Hence Gaderel's regular encounter with the Knights, though she is tolerated in Faerie due to working at the same purposes.
Overall, Gaderel has no more love for humans than other Fallen has, but she realizes she needs a Host to do her work or Lucifer will have her ass. That and as only humans can truly reach for the Outer Gates, needs a human to properly track her prey.

As such, she is generally more than happy to let the Host run the show. She's not playing second fiddle like Anduriel to Nicodemus, but instead she generally prefers to tell the Host what she wants and lets them figure out the how.

She's fond of Cloe, though, like someone is fond of a favorite hunting dog. She'd rather not break in a new Host yet again.

Denarian Form:
Cloe's Denarian Form resembles a cross between a feathered snake and a harpy. She retains her human form and shape, but her skin is covered in something akin to snake-skin-kevlar of a dark green color. Her eyes turn slited like a snake, but the same icy blue as Gaderel's eyes on her forehead. Her hands and feet, though, turn into bird-like claws with long, sharp talons which can easily gut even a ballistically-armored human.
Out from her arms and back, she grows, black and feathered wings and tail, strong enough to both allow her flight and yet hard enough to parry bladed weapons.
In this form she can fly, she's incredibly strong, fast and can both take hits and heal fast.
Oh and did I mention that she retains full Wizard scale spellcasting with 70 years of combat experience.

Magic Powers:
Cloe is a full Wizard in training, partial to Fire, Wind and Spirit but with Gaderel's tuition skilled in all five elements. In terms of thaumaturgy, she has great skill in summoning and binding Demons and Spirits as well as scrying rituals to find her targets.
She has also access to Hellfire.
And to make it clear that fighting her *sucks*, Gaderel is fully capable of shielding Cloe from the side-effects of Black Magic, acting akin to the Blackstaff, allowing Cloe to use magic to full and lethal Warlock levels of effect.
