- Tonight's Recipe
- ¼ Cup Gochujang Sauce
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 TBS Honey
- Garlic
- Ginger 1 TBS or 1 Tsp ground Ginger
- Red pepper flakes
- Chicken Wings/Drumsticks
- Cornstarch
- Vegetable Oil
- Step 1 – Mix Gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey garlic ginger and red pepper flakes in a bowl to make your main sauce.
- Step 2 – Pat Chicken dry and coat in cornstarch while letting oil get to temp on stove.
- Step 3 – Fry for 7 minutes in oil one side – let cool
- Step 4 – Fry again for 7 minutes in oil – let cool
- Step 5 – Coat in sauce and cover in sesame seeds.
- Step 5 – Win
