  2. I’m glad you have decided to join me for this journey. Together we are going to explore deep relaxation and pleasure.
  3. First please make sure you are comfortable and warm, sitting or lying down as you prefer and ensure there will be no distractions from phones, computers or interruptions for the next half an hour please also ensure you are wearing comfortable clothes, or, if you prefer, are naked. You are free to stop this audio at any time, or move to get more comfortable, the key is that you reach a point of total relaxation.

  6. In order to bring you to a point in which you are completely relaxed I would like you to follow me in a few breathing exercises to focus your body and mind.
  7. Take a deep breath in through your nose
  8. And release it slowly through your mouth.
  9. And again, in through your nose
  10. And out through your mouth
  11. As you breathe in feel the rise of your chest
  12. As you breathe out let your chest fall
  13. And as you breathe in hear how my voice rises with you
  14. And as you breathe out my voice follows you down
  15. Breathe in through your nose
  16. And out through your mouth
  17. Breathe in
  18. And release your tension
  19. Breathe in
  20. And let your chest fall
  21. In
  22. And down
  23. Continue breathing at this pace as we take the next step towards your relaxation. You know how to breathe deeply and slowly in order to help you let go of tension and let your chest rise and fall.
  24. I am going to count down from ten, as I do so you will feel yourself becoming more relaxed, as though you are supported, weightless in a cloud of gentle calm. Allow your body to release the tension you feel, let go and feel yourself begin to float with me, here, on our journey.

  26. Breathing deeply as before, feeling yourself rise and fall

  28. The oxygen in your body flooding you with calm as you breathe deep

  30. Letting your body relax totally, you are so comfortable

  32. Safe here on our journey you can let go of tension
  33. Six
  34. Floating now, so relaxed
  35. Five
  36. Breathing deeply, rising and falling
  37. Four
  38. Your limbs are heavy and supported completely
  39. Three
  40. Completely relaxed now, safe here on our journey
  41. Two
  42. Slipping deeper into relaxation as we near the bottom

  44. Letting go to float on a cloud of calm

  46. Hello, welcome, from here our journey can begin, as it may have done many times before. Maybe this is the first journey we have taken together, either way, you are safe, guided by me, and we go rising and falling together. But, as calm and relaxed as you are, you can go deeper, you can go deeper.
  47. As we begin this journey each step we take focuses you further on the sound of my voice beside you. Every word I speak collecting and focussing your attention on my voice. I am with you, beside you.
  48. You can relax now, knowing that my voice, my presence will bring you with me.
  49. What is that? Can you feel it? A light touch on your skin, a gentle caress. Up and back down, so light. Can you feel your excitement growing? I know I can. Just at the edges of your perception, when I speak.
  50. We are sinking further now, you and I. At the top of a wide set of stairs, every word I speak pulling you down the steps with me, bringing you closer to me, closer to my words. You feel excited to be closer to me, don’t you? As you descend with me, listening to my words you can feel your excitement grow, nothing else matters now, only you, and me, taking steps down, deep into trance.
  51. These last few steps are slow now, I will count them for you, let me guide you
  52. Ten - you can see the bottom, a light of warmth so close you can almost touch it
  53. Nine – it feels good to be this close to me, ever closer
  54. Eight – you are feeling relaxed, warm
  55. Seven – You want to reach out with your mind, to follow me
  56. Six – going much deeper now, descending the last steps
  57. Five – the anticipation of that last step is beginning to build now
  58. Four – can you feel it, it is beginning to warm you
  59. Three – I am waiting for you here, with all the rewards you desire
  60. Two – so close I can almost touch you, I can hear your breath, your heartbeat
  61. One – that last step and a deep breath, total relaxation and warmth

  63. I have been waiting for you here, excited to explore this together. You are so relaxed, but there is still anticipation in you. Isn’t there? I hope you feel good. I feel good.
  64. Is that anticipation turning now to arousal? That warm light pooling now within you. Breathe deep, in through your nose, out through your mouth, allow that feeling to spread.

  66. With just you and me here we can explore that, explore how that warmth spreads now to your nipples.

  74. As you listen to my voice allow that arousal to build, allow it to warm all of you
