- Origin Story: (Explanation of how each and every single one of your powers plays a part in your rank. This should be your longest part. Essentially your RP.)
- How will this cause RP?: (Provide everything you can as to what you are going to do in detail, if you can't explain as to what you're going to do then you probably shouldn't get the rank.)
- Receives: (This is a summary or a list of skills that your character receives. Make sure that you add to your player what you think that will cause more RP on the server.)
- RP Requirements: (This is a sentence of what sort of IC actions you need to preform before you can gain a Edit to your player. You can add as many edits as you want but they must back up your RP requirements. Some requirements can be BP.)
