  1. Pokered "Blitz Challenge" explanation doc
  2. -----------------------------------------
  3.
  4. Updated as of Beta 4 (29/06/2015)
  5.
  6. Changes:
  7. * You start with a Lv1 Mew with Fly and Cut and every flypoint except for Indigo Plateau. HMs do not require badges to use.
  8. * Wild Pokemon are all Lv50 with changed but still weak-average movesets. The Wild Pokemon set is the same on every route and includes every fully evolved Pokemon in the game.
  9. * You start with 5 Master Balls and 99 Poke Dolls but there is no way to get any more balls in the game.
  10. * The idea is to catch 5 Pokemon of your choice, beat all 8 Gyms then go up Route 23 to Indigo Plateau (Victory Road dungeon is skippable) and beat the E4+Champ. Misty's TM is Surf, which allows you to cross the water in Route 23.
  11. * You can do the gyms in any order. Obstacles outside Saffron/Cinnabar/Viridian Gyms are removed.
  12. * All compulsory trainers have Lv50 mons with OP movesets - but they're still AI and their movesets are mostly legal unlike yours.
  13. * You do not gain EXP or Stat EXP from battles. There is no way to gain levels, but you can buy vitamins at Celadon Mart to get some stat EXP.
  14. * You start with $500,000 so you can get a lot of supplies.
  15. * TM set has been completely redone. Almost all are sold in Celadon Mart and the rest are given by gym leaders. For now, every mon learns every TM.
  16. * TMs are unlimited use but cost $10,000 each.
  17. * Any *NPC* that gave you a TM now gives you a Big Nugget (sells for 50k); any TM item ball on the world map gives you a regular Nugget.
  18. * 7 moves have been added in place of useless moves like Roar to fill in some gaps for certain types not having average moves / not having moves at all.
  19. * Bone Club & Rock Throw accuracy buffed to allow them to stand in as average moves for Ground and Rock.
  20. * Gym layouts changed slightly. You are forced to fight one trainer in each gym but no more.
  21. * You can still fight optional trainers on the routes etc, but their rosters are unchanged and they will serve no benefit other than giving you a bit more money.
