BACKGROUND; (i'm sorry because this is really long)
    if izzy is completely honest, she cannot remember how she became a reaper, and her only guess was that she was born that way. she was left at an orphanage in osaka, japan, when she was two months old, and has absolutely no idea who her parents are, or if they're reapers too, and because of this, she doesn't really know why she's a reaper herself. she knows absolutely nothing about her own background, and can only assume that she's japanese, and that she was born in japan. since she was only a new born when she was left at the orphanage, she was adopted rather quickly by a kind japanese family. they'd recently had a daughter, and had intended for a second child, but found out that it wasn't possible. originally, they wanted to adopt a baby boy, but fell in love with izzy the moment they met her. despite being adopted, izzy is extremely close with them, particularly her older sister, as the pair of them are basically two peas in a pod. izzy lived in osaka for the next three years with them, before they all moved to sydney, australia, after her adoptive father was transferred for his job. izzy was educated in australia, which is where she learnt english, while speaking japanese at home.

    when she became a teenager, she started to notice that she somehow always knew when someone had died, and often found herself blanking out for periods of time that she couldn't remember. her adoptive sister mina was the first to find out about this, and was really supportive of izzy, going through every book she could get her hands on, before finally narrowing down izzy's symptoms to two supernatural creatures: a banshee, or a grim reaper. however, upon coming to the conclusion that izzy wasn't screaming when someone was about to die, they narrowed it down to a grim reaper. izzy was still rather scared at this, but tried to ignore it and put it behind her. her adoptive parents never ended up finding this out, as both izzy and mina were extremely good at keeping her secret hidden. she still doesn't really know how to control it, but often finds that she doesn't seem to blank out as often anymore.

   izzy was scouted for the entertainment company while on holiday in korea with her older sister when she was fifteen, and after much persuasion from her adoptive family, she went to attend an audition, later staying on in korea when she was accepted. despite still living in australia, izzy is still extremely close with her adoptive family, and calls them whenever she can, do to the similar time zones.

PERSONALITY; the people who know that izzy is basically a walking death are often surprised by her personality. being a reaper, they assume that she'd be all dark and brooding and emo, but she is honestly the exact opposite. she is the group's happy virus, who is constantly smiling and happy without a care in the world. she is also a chatterbox, and there is never a quiet moment when you're around her. she can talk for the whole of korea, and likes to wave her hands around a lot for emphasis, which is sometimes dangerous because she has accidentally hit people in the face before. she is know to talk really fast a lot when she's excited, and since she's only been learning the korean language for a short amount of time, she often stumbles across her words. she is extremely determined, and always puts 110% into everything she does, pushing herself to the limits. she also seems to have an endless amount energy, and is always jumping around. however, despite all this, she is a very good listener, and is always there if you need to talk to someone about your problems. she is fiercely protective over her friends, and despite her friendly nature, she is known to hold grudges against people who hurt her friends and piss her off (she also has a completely terrifying glare). she doesn't like to cry in front of other people, or burden them with her problems, and has a habit of bottling everything up, something that she's done ever since she was young. deep inside, she's still kind of scared of her supernatural abilities, but tries to hide it behind the bright smile on her face, and pretending that nothing is wrong. however, if there is one thing that izzy is not, it is punctual. izzy is never on time for anything, and can often be seem running through the entertainment company to get to the practice room, running ten minutes late for practice. she also has the attention span of a three year old and gets sidetracked very easily, which is why people always make sure to keep an eye on her when they're in big crowds, because she has a tendency to disappear.

STAGE PERSONA; izzy is still a total chatterbox, and the fact that she isn't fluent in korean doesn't seem to stop the amount of talking she does on stage. it is practically an automatic instinct that the leader will always hand her the microphone after making her own speech at award ceremonies, because izzy always likes to thank fans and say her own little bit. she is constantly smiling on stage, and fans can never find a time when she is not grinning widely.

PUBLIC PERSONA; pretty much the same as she does on stage. she is not embarrassed easily, and will do literally anything asked by the mc even if it is embarrassing. she always has an answer for every question, but tries to tone her inner chatterbox down, because she doesn't want fans to think she's trying to hog all the screen time. usually, she only speaks when one of her members hands her the microphone (which actually happens quite often), because she doesn't want fans to think she's trying to hog all the screen time.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS;
    »  HER | well, they didn't really have the whole love at first sight thing going on, because izzy was kind of annoyed at first, simply because he'd accidentally crashed into him, and unlike all the disney princesses, she was not thinking 'wow he's so cute', but instead, something along the lines of "ow, why can't he look where he's going?"
    » HIM | he himself was slightly panicked, because a) he'd just walked into a girl and b) he had absolutely no idea how to act around her, because he had no experience with cute girls (or any girls, really). his first though was probably something like "oh no i just crashed into a really cute girl. what do i do please don't hate me."

HOW SHE ACTS AROUND HIM; at the beginning (for like the first two minutes) she was annoyed, because he crashed into her. however, after that, she was just her normal bubbly self, and pretty much pounced on him and started asking him questions and chatting for the whole of korea, but he had no trouble keeping up with her. towards the middle, she kind of starts crushing on him, but forces herself not to be awkward about because they're close friends, and she doesn't want to put either of them through the teasing that will come from their group members, so she's pretty much the same, even though she tries to tone down her chattiness a bit in case she puts him off. at the end, she kind of completely abandons this mindset, and just openly flirts with him, and he flirts back.

HOW HE ACTS AROUND HER; he was slightly awkward at the very beginning, because he had no experience around girls. however, when she just started chatting and being herself, he kind of eased up, and they quickly became friends, and he could talk to her just like he talk to any of his own group members. this doesn't really change until the end, when he realises that he likes her, and he was slightly awkward about flirting with her at first. however, that didn't last very long, and soon enough, the pair of them were openly flirting with one another.
