  1. Name: Ur-Nungal
  2.
  3. Class: Caster
  4.
  5. Gender: Male
  6.
  7. Appearance: https://i.imgur.com/bvbeqdb.jpg
  8.
  9. Alignment: Chaotic-Neutral
  10.
  11. Personality:
  12. Inferiority Complex, all of his personality stems from his lack of being able to live up to the King of Heroes, in private he will berate and insult himself and even do so when alone with his master, upon the battlefield through the inferiority is disguised behind a front of a tactical warrior who enjoys the clash and blood of a good fight, even if in truth how he fights is that of an Owner rather than a full-on Warrior though full on full he can be called a Warrior King in all but accomplishments, after all he was still king he did not let Uruk just decline right away he still took care of its problems and dealt with the annoyances that plagued the surrounding kingdom.
  13.
  14. Either way, he is a reserved and calculating individual still having been indulged in life's pleasures he can be considered a mentor figure when not drowning in his self-perceived failures, among a master that doubts themselves he will berate and insult so they can motivate themselves to do better.
  15.
  16. To a Master who is more trained and keen, he views them as an advisor someone to aid him in the coming battles rather than someone to teach, however, should they be lacking he will become the Advisor.
  17.
  18.
  19. History:
  20. Ur-Nungal. Child of Gilgamesh. He ruled as a king of Uruk for a mere thirty years before passing the throne to his son.
  21.
  22. With his father being the King of Heroes; historians and poets never bothered writing down HIS exploits. As it is, Ur-Nungal does not know whether his reign achieved anything at all as he does not remember. As "Nothing" was recorded, he remembers "Nothing". Especially not the truth of his existence.
  23.
  24. He was born with nothing notable value to him holstered to live up to a Legacy no child could truly live up to he was not a stand out fighter nor talented at anything in particular and thus he was a footnote nothing more or less one who inherited his Father's Treasure but that's it really, he however dedicated himself to one thing a talent that he found himself engrossed in enough so that he ignored his kingly duties for an already falling dynasty and kingdom that would be magic and it's wonderful to him ever so talented in it he engrossed himself in its studies day and night actively used his treasury to enhance the knowledge he could gain.
  25.
  26. Ironically enough he discovered things no mage had yet, but all of it was forgotten and lost to history never to be recorded and never to be remembered, he would go on to past the kingdom to his son and live out the rest of his days until his eventual death the Son of the King of Heroes.
  27.
  28. Was truly nothing.
  29.
  30. Caster is a paradox, entering the Throne of Heroes for achieving nothing.
  31.
  32. As a result, he is a walking inferiority complex.
  33.
  34. He attempts to act much like his father but he cannot he is far too reserved and even dare say it not as aggorant as him, he tries to play the part of a Wise King but cannot for he did very little as a Ruler compared to other far better and well known kings, in truth all he can really succeed in doing is showing how much self-loathing he has for himself that he must try and act like someone else yet fails on every front.
  35.
  36. "Worthless, that is all I am."
  37.
  38. The truth is he is not, as seen when finally fighting in the Grail War he ironically gives it his all and seems to enjoy battle as much as his father, Honorable Heroes, Brave Kings and more he finds much joy in it all that he almost loses himself in it all until reality hits again and makes him realize he is nothing but a Footnote in history.
  39.
  40. This reflects much on his personality at times he will fly in a fit of rage and insults to himself at how much of a failure he is when he believes to be alone, he is reserved to himself and also rather cunning because of it, even if he were to be faced by a certain Archer known as a Faker to his father he'd acknowledge him as someone that is far better then him.
  41.
  42. "Fake? Hardly just one look at me and you can tell I am the fake."
  43.
  44. His wish for the Holy Grail ironically would be to throw everything that makes him unique away in exchange to change the past he wishes to live a life far greater then the King of Heroes Gilgamesh he wishes to surpass his Father's Legacy and do things he could never accomplish even in his wildest dreams.
  45.
  46. Of course, such a wish would be impossible and would damn him from being himself yet he remains ignorant to this likely because of his self-loathing and hatred only a Master who can truly connect to him would be able to make him perhaps rethink his wish or abandon it all together.
  47.
  48. Weapon: Far too many to list.
  49.
  50. Parameters:
  51.
  52. STR: C
  53.
  54. END: C
  55.
  56. AGI: B
  57.
  58. MGI: B
  59.
  60. LCK: C
  61.
  62. Class Skills:
  63. Territory Creation - B
  64. Creation of a 'Workshop' becomes possible, while entirely unknown to history due to the lack of recorded records Ur-Nungal was not a skilled fighter he was nimble and he could fight but despite his heritage he was not a cut above the rest just 'average' for Uruk's time and thus he focused his talents into Magic instead neglecting his already Dying Kingdom to focus his efforts into it, unlike his father he can be claimed to be a Magus.
  65.
  66. Item Construction (False) - A
  67. While he trained as a Mage due to being a failure of a fighter in life, ultimately it is not something in recorded history however due to his Noble Phantasm he has an ability that acts as an equivalent to it all items within it are classified as 'items inside the Babylonian treasure vault'
  68.
  69.
  70. Personal Skills:
  71. Golden Rule - B
  72. A Skill that refers to the measurement of one's fortune to acquire wealth. Having an enormous territory and heritage, he should not have any trouble with money for the rest of his life.
  73.
  74. Divinity - B
  75. Coming from Gilgamesh's heritage he inherited some of his Divine Blood in life however the main source of his Divinity actually comes from a rather humorous mixup of Him and the Goddess 'Nungal' as some believe there to be a correlation with the two in some way the Goddess Nungal is tied to Ur-Nungal.
  76.
  77. Curse of the Unrecorded - A+
  78. A curse born to one whose achievements in history were never recorded. Reserved only for obscure figures, instead of where knowledge was lost - here it was never possessed to begin with. To his opponents: all parameters appear one rank lower than what they actually are. It combines the effects of Uncrowned Arms Mastership as well as high ranking Information Erasure and Presence Concealment.
  79.
  80.
  81. Noble Phantasm(s):
  82.
  83. Name: Dust of Uruk
  84.
  85. Title: Golden Capital Falling Asunder
  86.
  87. Rank: A
  88.
  89. NP Type: Barrier
  90.
  91. Range: 1
  92.
  93. Maximum Number of Targets: 1
  94.
  95. Description:
  96. The manifestation of Caster's rule of Uruk. His reign marked the end of the golden age and the city quickly degraded. The downward spiral has been conceptualized as Casters unique ability in the form of a passive defense Noble Phantasm. Manifesting the 'Fall from Glory', any Noble Phantasms that are used to oppose Caster receive a 'Rank-Down' against him, lose any beneficial modifiers and reducing their effective range/effect.
  97.
  98. For example, Excalibur would be considered a 'B' rank Anti-Army Noble Phantasm when used against Caster while God Hand would only defend against 'C' rank attacks and grant its user half its usual stock lives. If Caster were to enter the Hanging Gardens of Babylon or a reality marble, it would quickly weaken and the structure would disintegrate under his touch. Using this Noble Phantasm, he can resist many different attacks and should he survive an attack from an enemy Noble Phantasm, by listening to its True Name, he can deduce the identity of his attacker. Although it is an incredibly powerful Noble Phantasm, it is the representation of all Caster's shortcomings and failure so despises he has to rely on it.
  99.
  100.
  101. Name: The Armaments of Babylon
  102.
  103. Title: Treasure of the Capital & Hero King
  104.
  105. Rank: E~A++
  106.
  107. NP Type: Anti-Unit
  108.
  109. Range: Varies
  110.
  111. Maximum Number of Targets: Varies
  112.
  113. Description:
  114. Simply put, the combined military power of the king and soldiers of Uruk under the reign of Caster it's activation is through the Tattoo's much like his fathers that are under his clothing and when activated a dim red glow can be seen appearing and a pair of ten glowing golden orbs that appears around him and that is the best he can achieve with it, however, he can still rapidly fire weapons and Noble Phantasms from it much like his father, and while Gilgamesh is one to stand and fire at a Range Caster has no issue with moving around and being tactical with his Armament instead of firing off dozens of Phantasms at a time to try and overwhelm the enemy.
  115.
  116. No he instead picks his weapons strategically and will switch to others should he require it, he still has access to many Noble Phantasms but notably lacking are EA Enkidu other notable ones and any phantasm that may have been inside the Gate of Babylon that was above the rank of A++, to this degree he can be under certain situations called far more dangerous than Gilgamesh due to how he fights without restraint as he lacks the Ego of his Father and has no issue pulling out all the stops if he must.
  117.
  118. While the 10 orbs can be manipulated around him and such retrieving the phantasms are not so much an issue as destroying them are, once destroyed they are not replaceable thus making him picky on certain Noble Phantasms and firing them off willy nilly, at the same time being able to use the orbs as a rapid fire machine gun for expendable weapons is perfect should it be required this Noble Phantasm regardless of class is always with Ur-Nungal.
  119.
  120. However, due to its limited function, it is hardly a contender against the Gate of Babylon.
