  55. As the result of a NASA miscalculation, Astronaut Jack Austin flies too close to the sun, the rays expanding his mind and making him the smartest man on the planet. Now he and his talking motorcycle Heat Vision (which contains the mind of his former roommate) are on the run from NASA and their assassin, actor Ron Silver who want to take his brain. They travel from place to place solving paranormal mysteries with the help of Jack's newfound ability to become a super genius when his brain absorbs sunlight.

  57. When I watched this, I figured it had to be a spoof by Ben Stiller. Stiller, who I don&#39;t normally like, had made something so outlandish that it couldn&#39;t possibly be real. But it was. And it was incredibly funny. So, Ben Stiller, I might have faith in you after all.<br/><br/>Jack Black, Owen Wilson, Ron Silver and Christine Taylor.... all on TV? Who turned up this idea? Fools, I say. Christine Taylor, for Jiminy&#39;s Crickets! And Jack Black... on a talking motorcycle... and he is fighting against &quot;grave danger&quot;! &quot;Apparently the human mind is not unlike cookie dough...&quot; &quot;NASA is evil! They have a man tracking me down. His name is Ron Silver... a gifted actor and a cold-blooded killer.&quot; How can you turn down programming like this? I remember 1999 and the only thing even remotely like this was &quot;Son of the Beach&quot;...<br/><br/>This review is horrible and poorly written... lucky for you, this show isn&#39;t. Watch it. Or else. NASA is watching you.

Hey, I noticed everyone spotted the spoof of Knight Rider, but did anyone pick up on this - the plot line about getting super powers from the sun after coming close to it in space is lifted straight from another doomed pilot show &#39;Northstar&#39; - in which a NASA astronaut got hit in the face by a solar flare and then got super powers every time he looked at the sun! The original show I&#39;m talking about was pretty bad... I remember the guy being shown a model of himself to explain what would happen if he stared at the sun for too long... and the model&#39;s brain caught fire... Oh, it was quite shocking. Check it out, trivia fans.
