Dear Angela,

The last payment that Jayce made was RM945.00 because there is outstanding due but unpaid.

Each half year your assessment is RM295.00.

All the outgoings (eg, assessment, maintenance, indah water etc) will still be paid by you until the whole transaction is completed, only then the Purchaser is considered the owner of the Property. For the time being, you are still the legal owner. That is why we are requesting for such payment.

There is no delay in the completion of the sale as the whole transaction will take 3-4 months to complete, and we are almost half way through the whole process.

Please let me know if there is any thing that you are still unsure with.

As we are now in the second half year of 2011, kindly make the payment for
the assessment for July - December 2011 and let us have the receipt to
enable us to advice the bank for redemption sum to Public Bank.

After the whole transfaction is completed, we shall collect the payment for
assessment together with other outgoings (eg maintenance, indah water etc)
on pro-rate basis.

Kindly let us have the receipt soonest possible to proceed further.
