  4. [6/19/2019, 3:33:41 PM] Anthony Eales: The power cable and the USB cable work fine but the actual docking station, although it lights up when I plug the hard drives in doesn't connect to the computers I have tried, Mac and PC.

  8. [6/19/2019, 3:34:57 PM] Brandon: When using Windows, if you are to open Disk Management, are the drives detected? New drives will need to be initialized before they can be used.

  12. [6/19/2019, 3:36:36 PM] Anthony Eales: I have a friend who has been helping me and he tested the StarTech 4 bay docking station with his cables and still no luck. He recommended the docking station from you guys.

  22. [6/19/2019, 3:40:42 PM] Brandon: Ok, well as long as your drives worked in his, it more than likely points to a fault with dock itself. At this stage you will want to request a return or exchange with the eBay seller.

  25. If agreed they are faulty please request StarTech.com confirm via e-mail. Copy of e-mail and send back all items to us. We will send a new one to you. Thanks
