Yesterday we had a visit from the State Office for Occupational Safety and Health, Chemical Safety Traineeship.

It was about a sample of our products that they took about a year ago, and it turned out that the product contained 1T-LSD instead of 1D-LSD. We are in the process of checking the information provided by the authorities, but for the time being we assume that the information is correct.

We would like to emphasize that we officially purchased 1D-LSD from the manufacturer and also received a corresponding data sheet, but this was incorrectly declared by the manufacturer. We immediately confronted the manufacturer, who admitted that 1T-LSD was shipped from the beginning and that 1D-LSD was never on the market, stating that the reason for this was to prolong the prohibition process. According to the manufacturer, this is legal because 1T-LSD was one of many substances, especially amino acids, in the solution and therefore does not have to be declared.

This was a business decision by the manufacturer in the interests of the customer, otherwise 1D/1T-LSD would have been banned long ago. It was not his intention to deceive customers.

We have now been asked by the authorities to re-label our product accordingly, which we are currently working on. This has caused a major disruption within the company, as we were unable to ship any goods yesterday or today and are also unable to offer collection from the store.

However, we will be able to deliver 1T-LSD again from tomorrow. It is a completely equivalent product, has the same molecular mass and is also legal.

Since it has also been on the market since November 2022 and was officially sold by all dealers as 1D-LSD, there is experience. Despite the manufacturer's efforts, 1T-LSD will be covered and banned by the next NpSG adjustment.

Don't be surprised why the blotters will still say 1D-LSD, this is completely legal as the imprint on the blotters is not an official product description.
