Make sure Synapse is installed in your computer and you are connected to the internet.

2) Launch Synapse.

3) Download and Install the Firmware updater from the link below: http://dl.razerzone.com/drivers/DeathAdderChroma/win/RazerDeathAdderChroma_FirmwareUpdater_v1.04.02v2.exe

4) Unplug your mouse from the computers USB port.

5) Hold down the left click, right click and scroll wheel and plug your mouse back into the USB port without letting go.

6) Once the mouse is plugged into the computer wait about 5-6 seconds and then release the three buttons. Windows should detect a new USB device in Bootloader Mode.

7) Follow the onscreen instructions in the Firmware Updater
