Your forms cannot interact with the Ethereal Battlefield. Instead, your spirit can possess any Pawns you possess. Pawns you possess keep all of your features and abilities you have, but use their own Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, hit points, and armor class. If a Pawn dies, you may use your reaction to swap to another Pawn you possess. If all of your Pawns die, so do you.
